Great pasta restaurant by Evan Funke in the northern part of the luxury enclave of Beverly Hills. Space is beautiful with 2 floors and a rooftop terrace. Pasta is handmade (there is a pasta lab below with a video feed on the TVs) and the recipes and flavors lean traditional with Roman influences. Definitely make reservations ahead of time!
Hands down some of the best pasta I have had in LA. I am well aware of celebrity Chef Evan Funke and have also been to Felix Trattoria over in Venice, his other restaurant, which I really enjoyed. I would say this is even a better, and classier version. Inside is absolutely beautiful and has a very late night, early 1990s, Miami neon vibe to it.
