This is the third time they've given me rotten fruit in an order at this point it's a health code violation. Fix ur shit.
your employees refuse to make orders when your store is scheduled to close at 12:00. It's 11:20 as I'm writing this. Fire both.
Disrespectful staff and bad customer service

I love this place. My friend and I used to do late-night drives here during college from Orange County. We still do, and last night I was shocked by how strange the staff’s communication was with us. I always thought the Go Greek staff were the nicest—they always talked and seemed happy based on my and my friend’s previous experiences. But last night, there was no welcome, nothing.
I proceeded to put my cups on the scale and asked, “Do I put them together or separate?” because I was buying one for here and one to go. No response. I put them together, proceeded to pay, and there was still no communication—just a blank stare. I wanted to input my phone number, which was strange because the staff usually ask if we have a number in the system. This time, I had to request it myself because, again, there was just a blank stare and no communication going on. The staff member told me to put it in on the other kiosk, which I hadn’t used to pay, so it showed $0.00. I don’t understand how hard it is to input a customer’s phone number on the correct kiosk.
Keep in mind, there were no customers behind us, so there was no reason to feel rushed, especially with four staff members behind the counter. I then asked for an ice pack, which they usually provide when I explain that I’m driving an hour. He said, “We don’t have ice packs,” without even looking at me or looking if they have ice packs. I told him that I wish he’d mentioned that earlier so I wouldn’t have bought two, but because he didn’t even say one word since the beginning, how could he know? Again, no response—he just left. He looked like he did not wanna be there.
I asked another staff member for the ice, and he said, “Yes, we are bringing it.” So I asked, “Why did your coworker just say you don’t have any?” Again, no response and no apology, just a stare. All the other staff behind the counter were just staring—they looked like they didn’t care at all. It was the most awkward interaction I’ve ever had. This happened around 10 PM at the Beverly Hills location, and I was very disappointed as someone who comes here from far away quite often.

came here 2 nights in a row an hour before closing… the first night they were “out” of everything except pumpkin, all the toppings were put off to the side because they were cleaning, and the guy behind the counter was super rude. the second night we came at 10:45, only flavors were peanut butter and chocolate, toppings were out of their usual spot again, and the same guy was there already cleaning up. there were two girls squished between the counter trying to pay and then a dolly a few inches behind them with trash on it. if one of the girls didn’t realize and took a step back, it could’ve ended badly lol. the staff is obviously very eager to get out of there and the guy working makes it well known by acting annoyed that anyone would even think about walking into the store. we didn’t end up buying anything because they were “out” of pretty much everything, trash was everywhere because they were busy closing up shop an hour early, and staff was just giving rude energy so we felt uncomfortable being there regardless. avoid this location :/

Best ice cream in LA! My go-to flavors are chocolate and original, you can’t beat the delicious smooth chocolate decadence with the tart flavor of the original yogurt. We usually grab it, eat at the tall bar and book it. Beware, if you go on Friday nights, you will have to push past 100+ teenagers texting and instagramming their food. It’s quite hilarious!

I stopped by to pick up a birthday gift from their loyalty program. The yogurt was yummy, and the friendly server made my experience even better. The $10 birthday gift can purchase around half a bowl of frozen yogurt and some toppings. I think their $11 greek yogurt is more worth it but I didn’t order that. A great spot for delicious Greek yogurt and ice cream in Beverly Hills.
