Ordered two frozen chicken tamales on the phone. No problem. Go there, reiterate I do not want them heated. Explains to the cook. Three times. Pretty sure he gets it. Walk back home. They are heated. Call them back. 'So sorry.''Can you send me cold ones and take these back?' 'We do not have delivery.' 'If I walk back (it's a 10 minute walk) will you change them and give me my money back for the inconvenience?' 'Yes' 'You sure?' 'Yes'. Walk back. Changes them. Looks at me. 'And the money?' 'So sorry, I cannot.' 'But you told me you can. And that is why I came back.' 'So sorry, I cannot'. Line forming behind me. No desire to create a scene but:'Can I talk to the manager'. 'He is not here.' 'When we he be in?' '4o'clock. It's noon now. I have no intention of walking back at 4 to get my money back. Take it as a bad experience. And worse still, because I like their food. But obviously I will not be going back there anytime soon. West Hollywood branch.
Big boned tattooed gal at the window was a worthless piece-of-work. I asked for the mildest “chili heat” for my taco and it was so hot I couldn’t even eat it. I’m not Mexican but I do like my food a bit spicy. But not THAT spicy! Also, I guess they forgot to put the pork in the tamale. But not their fault because they don’t make them there. ?Parking is $3 per 15 minutes.

Dropped in here for a light ‘brunch’ ordering just a couple tacos as we moved through the area.
My regret is not ordering more, these tacos were amazing and I would highly recommend!

Cool little place. Great tacos and breakfast burritos. The patio dinning was great

The food is delicious, but there are not many non-spicy food options, the tacos are small and with a small portion, there is no children's menu and there are no toilets

Love their tacos! The hongos (mushroom) and Mole were my favorites but can’t wait to try all of them.

Great place to eat a quick bite and very very reasonable prices
Tacos were really delicious. The homemade tortillas really made the tacos extra good. Also nice that you order individual tacos so you try multiple kinds

My favorite tacos in LA. You must get a quesadilla! Everything is great here including the drinks, armando palmero & the horchata are my favs. If it's your first time get a sampler

We tried many different types of tacos and none of them were delicious. Very average. The melon and hibiscus juices were awesome though.

Delicious food! Unassuming, it's behind a building in a parking lot but you can't beat the taste and the price!

I’ve been trying to reach corporate for weeks about the huge amount of noise coming from their new location in Long Beach. I finally called this location to try to get corporate phone number and spoke to a girl who kept insisting she was being polite to me as she talked with the most Condescending, rude, lecturing voice and would not give me the phone number unless I allowed her to continue to lecture me about how polite she was being. A phone call that could’ve taken 30 seconds took three minutes because each time I said please just give me the phone number she would start lecturing me again about how talking over her. It’s not that hard to give a phone number, and it’s not that hard to not illegally play your music so loud That your neighbors are unable to enjoy their homes
