Great taqueria! Definitely try the sampler (they should label them though). Also the ceviche is great but they should serve it separately from the tortilla to prevent it getting wet. Also they should start offering rice bowls!
Guisasos is an LA institution that has maintained quality and consistensy over the 10+ years I've eaten their superb food even after multiple expansions. Flawless braised taco fillings, topped with a delicious dollops of sauce that are meant to complement the flavor as well as the color of the main ingredient. Excellent tacos in Beverly Hills. Located in a parking lot behind the super fancy Neiman Marcus store. Friendly and fast service. We ordered beef and chicken tinga tacos. The tacos are served wet on handmade corn tortillas. Papas con chorizo taco was amazing too, as was the chorizo quesadilla. Each serving is just 1 taco. When I season, the pumpkin horchata is excellent.
