truffle butter baguette: bread is not fresh, tough to chew, has no discernible flavor. slightly saved by the truffle spread but it was cold and had the pasty texture of refrigerated whipped butter.

“chocolate” croissant: good size but uneven lamination, worst part is the brown lumpy goo inside which only has a chocolate pudding cup flavor.
both were eaten immediately after purchase. prices are way too high for what you get and the selection is pretty limited

Worst 👎👎👎☹️patisserie ever specially it's in a very fancy area so I expected to be a high quality
They don't have microwave they don't have oven to reheat the bakery as any respectable bakery as usual. 👎
The sausage was not fresh as it was from the last day or two days ago The Dubai style patisserie is very bad👎

So disappointing 👎👎👎👎😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

They ask for a tip but you have to bus your own tray. The sausage potato cheese toast has an unappetizing texture. Their drinks don't taste good either.

Pictures can be deceived
Small place and no sign to inform customers where to line up and order Delicious Custards - a bit too sweet since I m now a Pre-diabetic according to my most recent A1C bloodwork results

Everyone should get the A1C and monitor ur Blood Sugar level 1.5 to 2 hours prior ur daily breakfast

My is always high above 120 and the norm should be below 100 range

This bakery is going VIRAL in LA right now and I can definitely say it is worth the hype. With over 60 locations in Asia, Hibake is known for reimagining classic flavors with a modern twist, and this is their first US location in Beverly Hills.

Everything here looks like a work of art,
and what's even better is the ingredients they use are top tier like 99% Corman butter from Belgium and imported Japanese flour.

I was utterly surprised by the selection of different pastries, sweet, savory, everything you can imagine, is here. The Franklin toast is SO good when heated up, there were so many elements they added to that lil toast.

And the unique shape of their mochi egg tarts gives them an INSANE texture, and they even came out with a Dubai chocolate version!!

And yes, they have the VIRAL giant croissant here! Let me tell you, that first bite of a giant croissant dipped in a cloud top coffee is unparalleled, easily one of the top 5 experiences of my life… It's a weekend-exclusive item, and only 5 per day!

Thanks for reading! ^-^

I recently visited Hibake | Asian Fusion Bakery in Beverly Hills, and I was pleasantly surprised! The bakery has a very stylish and cozy interior, and the staff is warm and welcoming. The pastries are quite unique in flavor – not overly sweet, but still very delicious and satisfying. Prices are reasonable, just a little above average, which feels fair considering the quality.

The only thing I would love to see in the future is some gluten-free options, since not everyone can enjoy baked goods with gluten, but they would definitely love to try these creations too. Overall, it’s a wonderful new spot worth visiting!

Don’t believe the Tik Tok hype. Had the special Tokyo banana roll. It was just a banana with some whip cream that tasted like the whip cream on a budget style supermarket cake… For $10 I expected way more flavor and depth - it was below basic. I could’ve just bought a banana and slabbed some whip cream on it myself and called it a day. Also tried the recommended savory Alexander toast - they don’t serve this warm which doesn’t even make sense. Why would you want to eat a cold piece of thick toast layered with cheese/eggs/bacon? Flavor was okay…
I’m a local Bev Hills resident and wouldn’t go back to try anything else. De-influencer here.

The bakery is really good but I don't recommend the drinks. They aren't it unfortunately 😕 I really really liked the egg tart - crispy, creamy, chewy all in one kinda deal

For those looking for high quality bakery goods of all sorts, and items never seen before that are innovative and scrumptious, you have to go to Hibake. The pastries would be the hit and talk of any dinner party. I love and know my sweets, and just want to share this new place with those who appreciate the finer sweets (not too sweet) of life.
