Great quality Tuna panini, but something felt off flavor wise. Wouldn’t order it again but would certainly try other items.

Great tiramisu. A word from a tiramisu connoisseur from Roma :)

The pasta is delicious and the tiramisu is really... recommended. The staff were very friendly. I sat on the terrace and ate it, and although it was a little hot, it was good. The amount of food is really large. The price was medium so it was okay. Bread is also provided before the meal.

This place is very nostalgic for me, I used to come here for their killer panini (the chicken with pesto) back when I was doing my masters. Almost 20 years on, I had to bring my wife and kids, and we all loved it. For me, the paninis still have that same great flavor, right texture, right crunch, and most of all, not greasy. Best sandwich I’ve ever had, by far.

Most wonderful staff and service. Been going to this place for over 20 years and they have always delivered an outstanding customer service. Almost everything on the menu is delicious and consistently excellent.

Usually come here once a week. But the new girl Kelsey that works at registers is extremely rude and obnoxious. She made very rude comments to me and another customer that was in front of me. She had a really rude attitude and should not be working is a service oriented place. Will not be coming back.

Il Tram transported me back to Italy! We went here for the panini and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Chicken Special, which was the first panini listed on the menu of around two dozen panini choices. Even though it doesn't say it has pesto, this is the same sandwich people are talking about when they mention 'chicken pesto panini' in their Yelp reviews. It has chicken breast (not deli meat), sun dried tomatoes, provolone cheese, avocado and a basil garlic sauce all pressed between an Italian baguette. It def didn't look like your usual American-ish panini sandwich and was more like what you'd get in a cafe in Italy. My companion ordered the Parma Prosciutto Classico which had cured ham, bufala mozzarella, roma tomato and fresh basil. The prosciutto was first rate and delicious. They import many of their desserts from Milan, and we chose to get a slice of tiramisu. It was a large piece for sharing and super delicious. The owner really talked it up and it lived up to expectations! We'll def be back when we want that chill ambiance and delicious panini. I'd love to try their veggie panini as there are many veg choices.Parking is easy (yay!) as there is a City of BH lot directly across the street by Wally's. Two hours of free parking, no validation needed. It's the same parking lot that connects Canon Drive (where Il Tram is located) with Beverly Drive, so you could park there and walk through to the other side to visits the other shops there easily without having to repark.

The food is ok, nothing special. The one thing that was very annoying is that I got wrongly charged (one kid pasta at 8.95 and the second one at 10.95..???!?!) and when I asked for an adjustment the waiter went to a senior waiter(or the owner) and this person started to complain and make faces. The waiter came back to us with an adjusted bill but with an explanation on why they were supposed to charge us more(really?!?). It made NO sense. Also at the end when I was checking to leave the tip I realized that they automatically already charged a 18% gratuity fee (we were only 3 persons).Definitely I do NOT recognize this place
