Beautiful restaurant with wonderful service. Did the tasting menu with wine pairing. It was pricey but everything we ate tasted amazing. Loved the lobster thai red curry with pinot noir they paired it with. It is literally something I make at home, eat and drink. Or atleast try to.
We were there for a special Cinco de Mayo dinner. The food was outstanding as was the service. The Mariachis were beautiful. We had a great time. The service, ambience and food are always wonderful at Jean-Georges and we love going there.
We had higher expectations. The idea behind this fine dining establishment is to raise the bar, levels of all aspects. From food, to ambience, to service . It felt a bit short in all of these elements.
