Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

Disappointed to say that the web reviews online are totally inaccurate. I left a note glowing review for the double dough and eve after signing in (with the login I used to purchase the shipment of ice cream), I was unable to up or downvote other reviews. I also noticed that they all had the same amount of votes..seems to not be transparent….we will see if the review shows up later. I will say that the shipment did arrive on time (ordered and chose a future date).

There's NOTHING to recommend. *zero response from customer service (phone ALWAYS reverts to answering machine and never had any of my 8, yes, 8 calls teturned). *No email reply after an order was NEVER delivered (i say never, but hey it's only been a month late. who knows?) *Did I mention NO delivery? One month past order AND bank account charged-- NO delivery *Who knows whether I'd recommend the ice cream, never got that far. p.s. they DO however know how to charge a bank account for their nothingness!!!

My entire order arrived damaged. The ice cream arrived frozen solid but appears to have melted and been re-frozen at some point. I took a spoonful out of one pint and the taste was off. Very odd and unlike any other time I've ordered. I emailed customer service the day it arrived 1 week ago and again a few days ago and no response. No resolution. I also called. No answer. An automated system just says to leave a message and someone will contact me. This is unlike Jeni's. I've been a customer for a few years and never had any issues. At $12 per pint, the ice cream should arrive fresh and the customer service should be better than this. I'm extremely disappointed. 😢

I was so excited to try…love the flavor concepts! However, have had better at a lower price point.

Fave ice cream and buttery fresh baked cones/shells since first visit in ATL 11 years ago! They taste like they smell! Tried opaque tonight and it was delightful! So happy to have closer to home in SC!

I was on the hunt for a late-night ice cream fix and stumbled upon Jeni’s Ice Cream, and I’m so glad I did. The staff member who helped us was incredibly thorough in describing each flavor, and her recommendations were spot on. Every sample I tried tasted exactly as she described.

We ended up getting the Darkest Chocolate, Mint Chocolate Chip, and a berry-flavored ice cream (I forgot the exact name, but it was delicious!). Each scoop was lusciously creamy, rich, and full of flavor. It absolutely hit the spot and made for the perfect treat to beat the California summer heat. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Gooey butter cake in a waffle cone from here is the best ice cream I've ever had.

My grocery only carries limited flavors. So, I ordered some flavors to be shipped. I chose a delivery day that I knew I would be home all day. My delivery has been delayed a day. I don’t care how much dry ice they ship it in, I will most definitely receive melted ice cream as it will have been in transit for at least three days by the time it arrives. On the weekend, when they have no customer service available. From now on, I will stick with the other Ohio ice cream, Graeter’s, when I want ice cream shipped to Virginia. Theirs always arrives early on the day it is expected.

What a great ice cream location with different flavors colors and taste. Should go with your friends and family.

It's okay I guess

Are you dairy free and gluten free? THIS is where to go get DFGF Ice Cream. I had the Texas sheetcake - then took a pint and 2 spoons for the drive home. Look for the other DFGF flavors in the freezer ready to go. I saw Coffee and the Lemon they said is only DF. It's a step in the right direction and if they had delivery on dry ice, I'm in.

Ice cream was fantastic

In the Battery Atlanta and stopped in and we loved it! Awesome flavors and great service! We did a reel for it in our page!!
