Will not be back and do not recommend. Be ready to wait wait wait! We were lucky to have our table ready for us when we arrived. We heard a lot of frustrated customers waiting outside that had been waiting for over 30 minutes for their table. Once we got to our table we were pleased to see that there were see through plastic dividers in between tables and the walkway where waiters walk by. We placed our orders and waited about an hour to receive our food. What was most disturbing is that the waiter brought us the wrong plate (a skirt steak) we didn't order, set it down on the table and then came back for it and served it to the table behind us. It didn't feel like the safest thing to do given we are in a pandemic. Food was bland and cold and it just didn't feel worth the price and so call "rodeo drive atmosphere."

I really love coming here. Can't beat sitting on the corner watching the people stroll the shops along Via Rodeo. I've been 3 occasions and always find the service and food delightful. Just on Tuesday I enjoyed the Blackened Salmon - highly recommend! It comes with a salmon shaped mushroom, which was adorable :3 I will certainly be back soon.

The service here is outstanding and the food is delicious. We love the ambiance, it's so beautiful and we felt Covid safe. 100% recommend this restaurant!

Very let down ! This is my third time and the worst experience possible. I have contacted 208 Rodeo via email (2x) and even spoke to the manager on site the day of. I will leave it here - Regardless of image, color or branding of clothes on us, we are ALL paying customers wanting equal service and appreciation. We came here on Valentine's Day with a reservation. The server was the least bit attentive and although he may have been busy, he was very attentive to two European ladies who came after us and dressed more rich. He never came to ask us how the food was or if we needed anything. When I asked for the dessert tray, he blurted them out to me. He didn't even have the decency to ask me if I wanted dessert nor show me the tray. Ironic was that he brought it out for the 2 European ladies and another couple sitting by us. He did not even come to get our check. We had to give it to some one else. I did speak with the manager and she did say had she knew, she would have helped. That only could have happened if my own server interacted with us. I had full intentions of telling him such. Although the food is good, the service and demeaning attitude is the biggest turnoff. I cannot come to an establishment that makes me feel less that and looks at what I wear or what brands I have on. Although it is Beverly Hills, we should all be made to feel valued. In the times we are in today, it comes off as racist. Perhaps the team needs trained on diversity and customer attentiveness. Food Wise - I'd still give a 5. Service - You lost a customer.

Food was good, ambiance was great and service was perfect. The waiters walk around to make sure nothing is missing and to clear up space for you from your table. I wish they had more options on their dinner menu, it's quite limited. Overall, It was a good experience.

One of my favorite restaurant experiences I've experienced in a long time. Great food and views. Make a reservation prior to arrival to make sure you get a table. The service was amazing and the parking was very easy. Park at two rodeo for easy access to restaurant.

This review is based on service, quality, and cleanliness: Service: our server was super friendly and amazing. She was very attentive and aware. Unfortunately she went on lunch and then thats went our service when downhill. They took our plates and utensils to clean up some room off our table and never brought new ones. Had had nothing to use when our meal came. We couldn't get anyones attention. Our server when she came back she noticed right away. Wish rest of staff was like her :/ Quality: the food was prepared pretty well. Love the poke nachos! Highly recommend that dish. The surf n turf can feed two people, do not get the 42 oz unless you eat a lot. I think the 28 oz is sufficient, plus you are paying mostly for the fat around it .-. Our lobster was slightly undercooked and wasnt fully set, not sure if that was their intention. I am okay with that since I dont like it fully cooked, but i know the majority wouldn't. The mashed potatoes and broccolini were good Cleanliness: they were very clean, and bussed our tables so fast, but never gave us new silverware... Overall: honestly surf n turf not worth it. Just order separate dishes and share imo. The poke nachos are amazing for sure. For the price you pay, you would expect more attentive service. Only the female serve who helped us was good

Excellent excellent! Me and my family came here for lunch yesterday and it was amazing! Our server Christina over exceeded our service and we appreciate it so much. Especially after being closed off from the public for awhile! Food 10 dessert 10, thank you so much. Heaters are wonderful too in case it gets a little chilly. Good atmosphere

It's like why even open the restaurant if there is no Lobster Mac and Cheese! Just close the restaurant until It's back on the menu. I raved about that to my friends, to my family, even to other restaurants that tried to make the same dish. I asked the hostess is it on the menu when I called. She said yes! I traveled all the way From Hidden Hills for this Lobster Mac And Cheese. And all they can say is I'm sorry wtf I spend a lot of money here tf! I can't believe this b******** However I got the Surf and Turf it was good but not what I wanted and definitely not worth $250. I cried at the table and I Appreciate my waiter being patient with me.

Had a SHOCKINGLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this place on Saturday! Please read till the end cuz that's where it gets ugly. Our party was seated way past our reservation time. The waitress seemed stressed (Which is understandable due to it being the first weekend open since the lockdown). We were patient even though they kept messing up our food and drink orders. Our side dish was served after we finished the main course. We ordered Napoleon for desert but somehow they heard Tiramisu and it took them at least 30 minutes to notify us that they were out of the desert we didn't order, then another while to look for Napoleon. They were out of that one also. All of the above wouldn't have mattered if not for what happened next. The wine list on the table had only Pinot Noir as red wine by the glass so I asked the waitress wether they had Cabernet as well. I didn't realize there was another wine menu online until she pointed that out to me. As to not keep her waiting I asked for a glass of house Cab which she said they didn't have and offered two options to choose from. As per waitresses words one is more expensive and another one is not. I asked for the cheaper one mainly bc I didn't want to keep her waiting while I look at the menu and didn't want to take my chances with the expensive option without looking at the prices. Later on I did look through the menu and saw the only two kinds they had: a $15 ( which I thought I ordered) and a $30 per glass. I had two glasses. So when the check arrived I was unpleasantly surprised that I was charged for the pricier one. If I wanted a fancy wine I wouldn't have asked for a house wine first! HERE IS WHERE IT GETS CRAZY: I asked for the bill to be corrected and be charged for the appropriate wine, the one I ordered. Instead of being apologetic the manager and the waitress both came to fight me and tried to convince me that I'm wrong! And that they have even more expensive wines on the menu. Really?! I get it $30 a glass may not be the most expensive wine in the world but that's not what I ordered and it is definitely the most expensive wine by the glass they have on the entire menu. So them even saying that is just ridiculous and embarrassing. After being rude and defensive the manager says fine I'll take one glass of wine off as if he was doing me a favor! Was I supposed to thank him? I was completely shocked by this type of treatment. So my response was: yeah It's the least you can do given the experience we had! Then he puts the bill back down saying he won't in fact take the wine off and that we have to pay for it or he'll call the police! What?! How did we even get to this point? After him saying that I was in fact ready to get up and leave! Another manager came by a moment later he was nice and apologetic. He ended up taking a round of drinks off of the bill. Nice gesture but even if they paid me It wouldn't make me want to come back which is unfortunate because the food did taste good. They also included service charge In the bill! I guess they mainly rely on tourists so unfortunately this review won't matter. have never written a review to a restaurant before and the fact that I'm doing it three days later shows how outraged I still am. Please stay away!

If you don't look wealthy, don't come here. Worst customer service I have ever received from a food establishment. We had our reservation at 6:45 pm for 5 people. The 3 of us came there on time while other 2 friends were finishing up their purchase at Gucci, which was literally just a few stores away. We asked if we can be seated now since the majority of us are already here and the other two are just a few stores away and will be here soon. The hostess says they'll get our table ready and that we need to wait til our whole party arrives. Okay fine. 10 minutes later, the rest of our friends finally come and our whole party is ready to go. The hostess takes us ALL THE WAY TO THE END into the corner without any heater. As soon as we were seated in this table while bypassing all the other open tables with heaters, I knew that we were not going to get the same customer service as everyone else just because we didn't look rich. We asked for a heater, and the waiter said that he will try to get one. 15 minutes later, still no heater. Apparently all the heaters "are being used" even though some of the heaters are being used at tables that have no customers in them. So we ask if we can switch to a table with a heater instead, like those in the middle where most of the other guests are seated. They said no, those tables are reserved already. Okay. The waiter finally got us a heater after 20 min, but the heater is not even functioning properly. At this point, we were already over it. No one has come over to offer us drinks, explain the menu, or offer any kind of service. We were just going to leave when the waiter started ARGUING with us! This is not exaggerate whatsoever. The waiter raised his voice at us and exclaimed, "We got you a heater, we got you seated, like...what else do you want us to do for you?!" We would've stayed just to get some food in our stomachs, but the waiter YELLING at us is when we decided that enough was enough and we were just going to leave. We really felt that we were given subpar customer service just because we didn't look affluent like most of the customers there. No apologies were given by the waiter and no manager even came by to try to diffuse the situation. Definitely wouldn't recommend the place for "normal" folks.

Great restaurant on Rodeo drive where you can sit on the street and enjoy the famous views. We showed up here late on a Saturday night and the host was very gracious in finding us a table when we had no reservation. Really nice vibe sitting on the street amid the fancy shops everywhere. We had a bottle of Prosecco, and some apps. All good with great service. Highly recommended when outside dining is the only option, which is quite common in California these days.

I came into this restaurant and it was neatly arranged. The menu was clearly visible and there were lots of seats available. I decided to get the Fried Chicken Sandwich which was ready about 3 minutes after I ordered.
