The service at Kazan Beverly Hills was honestly one of the best parts. Everyone was super friendly and made the whole night feel easy and relaxed. We tried a little bit of everything: the Summer Salad, Wagyu Royale Sando with that killer jalapeño sauce, Sake Steamed Clams, the Creamy Chicken, Tsukemen Dipping Ramen with truffle oil, plus some cold sake and beer. Every dish hit in its own way, and the fresh house made noodles were a standout. We wrapped it all up with a strawberry dessert I can’t remember the name of, but it was the perfect sweet finish. Highly recommend for a cozy, laid back date night.

I’m sure that they have one of the highest quality ramens in LA!
I ordered Chashu Supreme #9. It had awesome truffled flavors. I’ve eaten so many ramens in Japan but I was surprised by the ramen.
Also my friends ordered Creamy fusion #3 and Lamb in lava #7. Both of them were unique, especially the noodles. We loved the texture of the noodles and flavors were great as well.
Anyway, I highly recommend the restaurant for all of you!

Kazan Beverly Hills delivers one of the most refined ramen experiences I’ve had in Los Angeles — and I eat a lot of ramen. Featured in the Michelin Guide for 4 consecutive years, and honestly, you feel the craftsmanship in every bite.
We started with the Osaka Tempura Shrimp, served golden and light on a bed of onions. Perfect texture, clean fry, and the sauces were a thoughtful touch. The Sake Crispy Wings? A must-order. Deep flavor, ultra-crispy skin, and that glaze… dangerously good.
The surprise favorite on the appetizer side was the Wagyu Royale Sando. Rich, juicy, and brought to life by their jalapeño creamy sauce (which I’d buy by the bottle if they let me). You can see the passion in every detail — including Chef Ryu’s house-made sauces.
But the star of the night was the Chashu Supreme. A bowl that deserves its reputation. Silky broth, handmade noodles with the right bounce, and chashu so tender it practically melts before you finish lifting it with chopsticks. Easily an 11/10 dish.
We also tried the Lamb in Lava, a dramatic, spicy bowl with deep mala heat. It’s bold, aromatic, and perfect for anyone who loves a punchy, flavor-forward broth.
From the thoughtful plating to the warm hospitality, Kazan feels like a restaurant run by people who truly care about their craft. If you’re looking for ramen that rises above trends and delivers genuine technique, this is the place.
Highly recommend for food lovers, date nights, and even restaurant owners looking for inspiration — this is how you build a brand with soul.

Ordered a delivery last week.
Not sure if the food is not good or I am no longer a ramen fan. I thought to give it a try maybe I can take ramen from this place. However it turned out that eating Ramen at 7:00pm really tortured my stomach, and only noodles not many vegetables just no longer serve me. I hate a lot noodles with a little Veges and the soup almost made me sick and puked.
The premium ingredients (wagyu, lamb chops, truffle-infused broth) bring real luxury to a ramen/fusion-Japanese concept.
The flavor profiles ranged from comfortingly rich to boldly spicy, keeping every dish interesting.
The setting in Beverly Hills adds finesse and makes it ideal for date nights or special outings.
Great if you’re looking for something more than your every-day ramen shop—an elevated experience that still feels fun and authentic.

Michelin star/guide ramen house at Beverly hills. We came here during lunch time and it was not busy. The interior is unique with open kitchen concept where you can see they prepare your order. They have indoor and outdoor seating and looks like the make the noodle in the restaurant. The menu is simple. We ordered lamb lava ramen, supreme charsiu ramen or lei ramen, sake clam and fried lotus root. The sake clam was yummy and the clam was fresh. The lotus root is crunchy. The lamb is tender and the noodle kind of similar to chinese noodle soup. If I am not musraken it has peppercorn. Everything is yummy except the ramen soup is bit salty. I just recently been told that we should be able to tell them to reduce the saltiness when we order. It was nice lunch with family.

I visited on a Friday night and I could honestly see what the hype was about. They're not even flashy, the ramen is really just exceptional. Chashu Supreme Ramen & Fire-Wok Made Tsukemen Ramen. Both really good, but the Chasu Supreme was the standout for me. For appetizers, we got the Wagyu Royale Sando, Osaka Tempura Shrimp and Sake Crispy Wings. All very solid but the Osaka Tempura Shrimp with the different dipping sauces was the highlight. Service is good and ambience pretty standard. Obviously not the cheapest bowl of Ramen in town, but it's for sure top quality and I'm definitely coming back to try some other items.

Great ramen but unreasonably expensive for ramen. Ramen doesn’t even cost this much in Japan. Won’t be going back because of how expensive it was. Not worth my $$.

I tried their signature ramen. Without hesitation, the best ramen I've ever had.
Edamame with sea salt was great too

I was charged almost $100 in just kitchen fees and the large group fees which is ridiculous. We were not told upfront about any of these fees and really threw us off because we didn’t have the money, thankfully someone that went with us had to cover that unexpected fee. It would be nice to have a big sign that says how much is charged for large groups and to start by saying that there will be a charge to your bill like several other restaurants do. We’ve came before with others and this was the first time we were charged that fee I’m assuming to make up for the $12 ramen deal that we got.

Tasty but a bit pricey. The average ramen costs around $40, which is on the higher side compared to other spots. On the bright side, I was pleasantly surprised by the draft beer — just $5.5 a glass, the lowest I’ve seen. 🍜🍺
Overall, an interesting place for foodies willing to pay for quality.
