Kelly's Coffee & Fudge Factory

Tried this place based on the reviews here. I had an awful experience. When I walked in, I had to wait 5-7 minutes before anyone even greeted me, despite an employee standing close by. When I asked a couple of questions, they didn't answer them. I got what I came for and it was tasty but they filled y drink so full that it was dripping down the side and pooled on the lid. As a result, it spilled all over my top. As I exited, I looked for a trash can. The only one I saw was piled over, with trash all over the top. It appeared as if it hadn't been emptied in some time. Which was weird given that there was only one customer in there.
I won't be back.

Unless this place is for charity, it’s not worth it

The food is okay— ok enough to fill an empty stomach if you’re heading to the library. HOWEVER, they are extremely stingy. Even if you purchase a full-sized meal, like a salad, and your water bottle is already more than half full, they still refuse to add just 5 oz of hot water. It’s not like I walked in randomly asking for free water.

Bought an organic cold brew , tasted old and terrible . Ruined my day.

Overpriced and disappointing. The sandwiches are 15.50 or 16.50 if hot and come with “free” chips.

I used to come here ,but the back up kitchen is so dirty,the sandwiches and everything,and plus the over coffee is mostly a water and Ice,
The quality to be coffee shop in Beverly Hills is zero ,it’s better for them to open the coffee shop out of LA .

I came here with a crowd of 9! Ordering was a bit chaotic and when it came time to pay my tap on my phone wouldn't read. Joseph and Edgar went out of there way to help me. Allowing me to zelle them the money. On top of that got all our orders right and in a timely and friendly manner! These guys need a raise!!! They are wonderful and the food, drinks and sweets were amazing. All nine in my unruly party were highly satisfied!! Thanx guys!

Alarmingly good espresso

Not recommended, just because it's located in Beverly Hills boarded doesn't mean it's good quality. So disappointed with my order.
