The lady on Nov 2 moving like a SLOTH, taking 30+ minutes to make an order at a JUICE STORE shouldn't be normal

I bought a salmon wrap which was rotten before the expiration. I hadn’t even opened the pack but could smell it and it was BAD. I called Kreation BH and explained the situation she said throw it out and hung up the phone. I called again, and asked to speak to a manager given I wanted to discuss providing a refund. she was extremely rude, refused to provide me her name or managers name or time manager will be in. She also just kept me hanging on the phone without even “I’ll get back to you shortly”. I had said I’d like to make a complaint to the manager. I overheard her telling a colleague to pretend to be a manager as I was having a “meltdown”. I was trying to get the info and she kept on disappearing leaving me for minutes at a time and refusing to give me any info. Extremely rude to me, extremely rude about me to colleagues which I could overhear. I have reached out to the Kreation LA district manager about this situation.

Food and smoothies amazing. But the lady taking care of your order and payment was so negative and rude. Shouldn't be at the front of the store. There are a couple other smoothie places around with more friendly and approachable staff. Hope they improve!

I usually pick up lunch here when I'm running errands and want a quick, easy, and healthy option. The green juices are my go to and they are surprisingly filling. Tastes fresh and all ingredients are healthy. Convenient location that's close by and clean.

20$ for 1 a smoothie juice? Wow Plus i asked for ginger green juice it was non ginger in it , unprofessional team

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my life!!! The employee Angel is the rudest person ever. Why even work at juice and wellness place if you’re going to be absolutely miserable being there. Go to any other Kreation location to experience customer service to some degree.

The customer service here is beyond amazing! Pedro was the one that helped me with my order and what not, he was the most helpful employe I’ve ever come in contact with! Jk he’s a horrible person.

Love coming here because of Melissa always has my drink ready as soon as I walk in ! Always good conversation and vibes . She always recommends the perfect stuff when I’m in need of a good bust. I love how everyone always answers the phone here .
