It was a lovely dinner at La Dolce Vita. I hosted some clients of mine and the dark moody ambience was that of an old school Italian restaurant back east. The pasta was enjoyable, although the special of the night, Manicotti could have had a little extra flavor, maybe garlic. There were also some flaws in the service, not receiving glasses with our sparkling water, no serving utensils with our family style dining. Other than that, everything else was spectacular, other pastsas...
Everything about this restaurant is AMAZING. Please note there is FREE parking in the public parking lot next store after 6pm. Richard is the BEST waiter. VERY professional and great to chat with. The food is fabulous. Pasta YUM, steak amazing, martini's the best, and dessert WOW! I did not care for the dessert martini personally but everything else was AMAZING!!!!!!! We will be back for more. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Ok so the food was actually delicious here! Was completely blown away by that as I didn’t know what to expect, but it was actually Michelin level nostalgic flavours. The service was very kind and attentive, and the decor has that cute old school Hollywood glam charm too. That said, some of the tables are quite cramped and you feel like you’re sitting with strangers. It is an old awkward building, but if they could make just a few tweaks to the setup and think about the customer...
