This Ladurée used to be amazing, now they only have a 1/10th of the pastry options they used to have, R.I.P to the proper Ispahan… guess I’ll just have to stick to getting my Ladurée fix in NYC, and from my last few times going into the BH location it seems like others share my same opinion since it’s a ghost town these days

Apparently the place got new owners and everything just went downhill from there. The atmosphere is dull and nothing like Laduree anywhere in the world. The staff faces are sour, and the pastries and chocolates are soggy. Complete disappointment. Asked them to put a gift bow on a box and it took them 10min to figure out how to do it. Didn’t have any small size bags to offer to their customer either. I’d give them another month before they go out of business.

The lady who helped us today was really rude, her behavior was like she is an owner and we distracted her. Why did we get our drinks in paper cups if we sit inside? Horrible service. Worst Laduree compare with others in the world.
This place is so beautiful inside. I forget the name of what i ordered. It’s not too sweet. It’s creamy and delicate. It feels light. The server is friendly and welcoming.

We adore Ladurée and have visited their locations in Paris countless times, enjoying every type of meal and indulging in their delicious macarons and other treats. This was our first visit to Ladurée in LA, and while the sweets taste just as delightful, the overall experience was disappointing and far removed from what we expected.
The interior of the store is charming, but the service leaves much to be desired. Unlike the elegant, full-service experience in Paris, this location operates more like a fast-food café. You have to order at the counter and then take your items with you, similar to a Starbucks. Even if you choose to sit down, everything is provided in take-away boxes, and the coffee is served in a paper cup.
We were truly shocked and disappointed. It felt completely off-brand for Ladurée. We wonder how they allow this location to operate in such a manner, as it does not live up to the standards we’ve come to love.
