I was invited to a friend's bridal shower at Laduree and thought it was pretty cute. Ambiance was chic with pastel-colored interiors. The walls and ceilings are so pretty with floral mirrors. They made for gorgeous backdrops in the pictures. The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Food, on the other hand, was a bit disappointing. I wasn't a fan of the mediocre sandwiches nor did I like any of the tarts/pastries. The mocktail that came with the tea set was pretty syrupy. Macarons were fine. For the price/person, I guess my expectations were too high. Parking is 90 mins free at the BH public parking lot where Erewhon is.

The ambience was fancy. But the I was disappointed with their hot cocoa. It was so different from Paris, it looks diluted. So don't order that just a waste. Food presentation is not the best too. The macaroons was in the plate only. I was expecting a cute little tier since it's 1 dozen.

All the pastries are beautiful and delicious! But I discounted one star bc they no longer make vegan macarons. Oh well (sniff sniff:/

I started coming here for the lattes and croissants, and also the customer service is top tier. Especially from ALEX! Today there were guys wearing black masks outside the store filming customers walking in and saying things to us ( to get reactions, I'm assuming for YouTube). Alex made me feel at ease and offered to help me leave safely. I will be back again!

Can't get enough of this place! The pastries are to die for! You literally feel like you are in France. The quality and taste of the pastries are like no other. Higher recommend this place. The staff are also always so nice and accommodating!

A little taste of Paris in LA! We stopped in for a quick tea and ended up staying and enjoying it in the cafe with a macaroon. The tea was delightful, we enjoyed the vanilla. It was so light yet flavorful. The macaroons are always a favorite, the chocolate is the best! Service was very low key and hands off which was nice for the setting.

I try it once in a while. Their pastries are all good in general. This place won't upset you. But don't expect to get the same things you get in Paris.

Super cute place to swing by for a girlie brunch! Aesthetically it's gorgeous, the service is speedy, and the macarons are DELICIOUS. We tried a couple of each and all of them were stunning.

Beautiful macaroons in a beautiful box. Was not cheap but quality isn't. I ordered offline for next day delivery so unsure about the store itself. Only suggestion, let customer pick flavors one day.

So happy to finally visit Ladurée although not in their country of origin (France) yet ?Recommended by my friend who is a fan of macaron, I definitely cannot skip this one!Ladurée in Beverly Hills has both of the indoor and outdoor areas. The first time you enter Ladurée, you'll so many beautiful beatiful cakes, pastries, macarons in the display. This place is so pretty and sweet as well. Every girl will love it ❤️Variant of drinks are available here. Tea and jam come in various flavors that we could bring back home.I tried two of the macarons: Pistachio and Marie-Antoinette Tea (Black Tea with Citrus and Honey). The macarons have a firm texture and the typical sweet taste of macarons, along with the filling. I recommend the Marie-Antoinette Tea macaron. It's unique and delicious! For optimal taste, Ladurée suggests storing the macarons in a cool place and consuming them within four days.

The best pastry shop in LA. The croissants are very special. Different than any other in this city. The macaroons, at least the ones I have tried, are not sweet with very flavorful centers. The tea shop part is very cute. I have not dined there always just getting pastries to go. Enjoy!

So lovely and so beautiful in so many ways. It is definitely a high-end place but definitely holds its value for many reasons. Can't wait to come back. Thank You all.

Perhaps there are high expectations with the local clientele , but this place surely doesn't deserve a 3.6 star or whatever it got right now. A few of the compliant seem to be on inaccurate inventory of the macaron they wanted from a phone order , I can't comment on that since I did dine in two weeks ago and an in store pick up. For the dine in , our waitress was very kind and help relocate us to another table cuz it was freezing cold on our original tables near the entrance. She was polite and eager to help, and I can't thank her enough (and the customer who willing to re-seat). We order a set brunch and it was delicious: surprising for an establishment famed for desserts and still delivers on the savory side. The macaron was of course impeccable . My only compliant was the food came out within close proximity, and the round table was too small to handle all the food at once. We came back a week later for togo (day before valentine, at 6pm) and all the macaron seems to be in stock.
