Very very disappointing! Pictures looked very very nice but the milkshakes did not look anything what I ordered (Oreo milkshake). The employees were very nice but $17 for a milkshake, I can get a better milkshake at Mc Donald’s.

I've been here several times and today I decided to have a coffee along with my orange blossom meringue.. it was the best oat milk latte I've ever had. The treats are always consistently good. The service is outstanding. A great spot to stop and have a coffee and relax.

I was so disappointed today. I have been a customer for years but today the meringue pasties looked old and beat up. And they are smaller in size than they were in the past. Additionally, I bought three and they were placed in a brown paper bag whereas in the past they would be put in a beautiful white glossy shopping bag with the stores logo on it. It seems the owners have have lost interest and it has lost its appeal and I don’t think I’ll be coming back until the quality improves drastically. Even outside the appearance of the shop and seating area looked run down. Too bad.

There Canele's are so good it's like a little Paris on Canon and their Milkshakes are to die for (not literally !!) I had the Oreo one and my friend had the Orange Blossom Meringue they were perfect not to sweet just right they have so much to choose from and service was delightful was on top of it

I love this bakery! Such a delight every time I go in, the service is outstanding. The desserts are delightful! Luna has such great energy and always brings a smile to my face. She even does readings there, such a cute setting to have a dessert some tea and a reading. The Pavlova is my favorite it is super fresh and light. I definitely recommend this place.

WTF! We just stopped by the empty store at 7pm - the lady working there wouldn't help us because she was busy giving someone a Tarot Card reading. Seriously. Door wide open for business - nobody in there - but she can't be bothered to actually sell anything. I mean - huh? We have seen this place every time we eat across the street and we were finally ready to give it a try. Guess they don't want our money. Maybe another time - maybe not. Done and done. Lame.

Harrible experience today been coming here for years this dark hunch back lady was scratching her but aggressively and her legs and then starting making some kinda mini pastry and I’m pretty sure she wasent even whering shoes ! Because she lookt like she put them on as soon as I came inSo after all that scratching she did I left and said NOOO THANK YOU! Sad to see such a beautifull business in such a nice area go down hill

One of the workers threw water, while cleaning the sidewalk, on purpose to my wife while walking with my baby. Very rude worker. She said a fake “excuse me” and then threw water again splashing on us. Will never buy anything from this place. I left a review in another platform and the owner never contacted me to apologize. That shows how rude the people are here.

There is no other patisserie like Le Mervetty -- at least we haven't found one. So when in Beverly Hills, we always make time to visit and treat ourselves to a Merveilleux. Our favorites are the Nutella, Chocolate, Coffee and Speculoos. During our last visit, we decided to take home a few. The sweet lady that helped us asked how far we lived. She gave us ones from the back that are kept coldest to ensure that each lovely little cake made it home in the best possible condition. We also purchased a variety of macarons to decorate a birthday cake I was making for a friend. They were perfect and simply the best we've ever had.
