O mi gee….I fell in love with the limited-edition “Coffee Toffee Cookie” before I even tasted it, when I saw it cross my Facebook timeline‼️ Walked up there the next day where I was met by this gem, Nicole‼️ Memories from Levain Bakery Georgetown DC happened to pop up in my Facebook memories that morning from 5 years ago‼️ So of course had to share this with Nicole, told her about visiting Levain Bakery last year in San Juan PR and numerous times in New York‼️ That’s when I found out that Nicole and I are both from NYC‼️💜💛
The Beverly Hills bags were out of stock, do you know Nicole climbed these stairs to storage to get this cute little time limited special bag and filled it with a “Toffee Coffee” Cookie‼️ So I enjoyed 2 of these amazing cookies with Peppermint Tea‼️☕️🍪
That’s what I call customer service that will keep customers coming back and yeh the cookies too themselves‼️🤗🍪

December 2025: Got the caramel coconut chocolate chip cookie! It was fabulous. Thick chunky chewy cookie that went very well with my coffee from Blue Bottle (next door).
I really want to come back again for the chocolate chip with walnuts or the two chip chocolate chip cookies.
Workers were very friendly. Thanks for some delicious treats!

I love Levain Bakery, but this location is exceptional with service. Steven went out of his way to help with a misunderstanding for an event, he was empathetic and did his best to help out. He completely made my day and I cannot thank him enough!

Love the cookies hate the sandwich. I just wasted $15 on stale bread with way too much mustard. The ham and cheese sandwich actually was gross. I took four bites and threw it out. Absolutely insane disproportionate ratio from mustard to fillings. The fillings are nearly spilling out of the sandwich was comical. Would never suggest getting a sandwich here after.

My husband and I decided to check this place out today.
The clerk seemed like he was staring us down/glaring at us, seemed kind of rude.
Otherwise the place seemed pretty cool, I would have gotten some of the cookies but the staff just made me too uncomfortable. Not sure if I'll be back.
