i had made reservations for my partners birthday, because we planned on drinking we took an uber. which took quite a while to be able to drop us off bc of all of the hilton construction. We tried to go in but were stopped bc we didn't have ‘credentials'. apparently they were hosting a conference at the hotel and security would not allow us into the building to go to the restaurant and told us we needed to leave. Why they didn't just cancel our reservations or call us ahead of time, idk. incredibly rude and inconsiderate of our time. We had to walk out of the construction mess to even try to get a taxi or rideshare and eventually walked several more blocks til we found another bar where we scrambled to make other plans. Stay far away from this place, at least until the construction is done in july or august.

With construction going on for the next few years I would not bother to go there. Hopefully things are better when construction ends. You cannot hear each other talk on the deck and inside its cold and the view is all construction.

My reservation was at 3:30. Greeter didn't tell me it was still buffet and that we only had 1hr. Server approached my granddaughters (who look like young teens) and told them the cost of the buffet but didn't say how much time we had and asked for drink order. She brought 3 waters and when I saw her I asked for an Ice Tea. Had it refilled 1 time. The food selection and taste was not good. For $145 pp I was expecting better. Vegas and Indian Casino Buffets are better than this and cost less with more selections. Server was friendly but didn't deserve $87 for gratuity for 3 ppl. I know it's partially my fault for not making sure how things were going to be. I was just going to deal with the cost of food but the gratuity! I will not be returning or will I recommend your establishment.

The Beverly Hilton in general is showing its age. And this restaurant is no exception, in a hotel this large to have just one restaurant is really ridiculous. The restaurant has not been touched in decades I would guarantee the carpet oh my God. Nothing in the restaurant made me want to stay there any longer than I had to to eat my food. Horrible use of space. The whole place should be demoed and start over. I was attending a wedding only reason I would stay there. Too many other nicer hotels in the area.

Service was really bad. The guy who took care of us over charged us because he thought my daughter's is over 12 yrs old and when i told him he gave me attitude. Most of the item are out. When we get to prime rib station. Both of them look like they do not know what they're doing. Dont know how to cut the meat and the meat almost out. They informed my husband that there will be no more prime ribs for the night. We were there at 6:30pm. Nothing should be out. The line is ridiculous. took us at least 15-20 minutes stayed in line to get the food. Wouldn't go back. Food is not good. Even desserts is not good. The only thing thats good is kids mac and cheese/fries. Wouldn't recommend to anybody. Horrible experience.

It was excellent. I have been to Circa 55 many times before and it was always good. But yesterday they excelled. It was the best buffet ever. I tend to alternate between 4 Seasons buffet and Circa 55. After yesterday I will just stay with Circa. The food was of great quality and the service was very attentive. To me one of the most important aspects of a buffet since there is no serving involved that the empty plates be collected quickly and that was what happened yesterday I didn't have to see my empty plate just being in front of me not collected right away. I will be returning to Circa very frequently for their buffet

Loved everything about this restaurant. The vibe, the ambience, the service. Frank and Felix went above and beyond for our group. Super friendly. Super attentive. And the course?! Omg the pastries, the seafood tower, the prosciutto croquettes, the steak & eggs, the dessert. Everything was amazing! 10/10 will def be returning back here.

Service was awful! Re; food, the croquettes were overcooked, seafood tower seaweed was smelly, The steaks were way overdone. WE ordered two steaks medium rare and they arrived med well .Mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatos. The six of us were celebrating an important occasion and I was embarrassed!

Service was 5 stars! From the welcome at the front desk to all the waiters and bartenders. Food was great, drink prices were a bit high but happy hour prices were great! We felt very taken care of. Thank you waiters and staff! We will definitely return soon!

HORRIBLE service. Our party sat for 45 mins before we even got our drink order in. The wait time throughout the dinner was way too long, esp since it wasn't busy. The restaurant was less than 10% capacity.

We're longtime patrons of this restaurant. The New Year's Eve dinner was sub par. Beef Wellington was overdone well done. On the cool side. The appetizer was nasty flavor, way too many ounces of potatoes as the side, no veggies, the pastry desserts were bland. Bread basket is always lovely.

Please disregard the previous page low marks - had to to get here: When we arrived on our reservation time a patron was there, rained out probably,,as we were being seated the hostess mentioned the pre-fixed menu, we told her in making the reservation it stated we would have a choice of that or ordering a la carte off the menu. She said no, we then said no we couldn't, she said sorry & suggested other Hilton eating areas, which we went to. As we cancelled she told us "no worries", there won't be any charges at all for this cancellation. We assume that to be a correct decision and are not expecting a bill. Thank you.

Beautiful restaurant, lovely outside dining area, amazing Christmas buffet, delicious food, wonderful and kind staff. Our reservation was a bit late, 2pm so some of the food seemed a bit old/dried out, but only certain items, but no big deal... Overall it was amazing. I'm guessing even better earlier in the day. Lots of delicious and creative food items. Amazing seafood and incredible, beautiful desserts. We certainly chose the right place for Cmas brunch!

I started coming to Circa 55 recently. I found their service efficient and friendly and the food is very good. I used to go to Culina but lately their service is sub par and even with a reservation we end up waiting which I find inexcusable. So it will be Circa 55 from now on.

It was great. Our first time as a family eating at a restaurant for thanksgiving and it was amazing. The food, the sparkling wine glass, our waitress, the busboys just all around the best service.
