This is the best place to restock on coffee! I love how nice the shop is, and make sure you ask for Ivan! He’s super nice, informative, and good with customer service I will be back. If you come during the holidays ask about their limited edition pumpkin spice

Everyone was nice. Store is very nice & clean and Fancy. I purchased some coffee for my Nespresso machine and purchased some cups & tumblers.

My husband and I are loyal Nespresso Canada customers. Whenever we travel, we like to visit local boutiques to see which varieties are available that we can’t find back home. Last Friday, we visited the Beverly Hills location, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The staff member we first approached showed no interest in helping us, insisting that the selections are the same everywhere—even though we noticed they carried Joyeux, which is not available in Canada. We also noticed they had a café offering custom drinks, but when we asked about it, we were told there was “no one to serve us.” On our way out, however, we saw another couple enjoying drinks from that very café. When my husband returned to ask about it, we were told that the same staff member had already left. It appeared he was simply eager to finish his shift rather than assist customers.
We then asked to speak with a manager, but the lady we were directed to gave us no attention, didn’t inquire about our concern, and certainly didn’t offer any solutions. My husband later wrote a review, and the official response directed him to call customer service. When he did, he was asked for his account number—since it’s Canadian, he was told to call Nespresso Canada instead. Why would Nespresso Canada be responsible for our experience at a U.S. store? After being put on hold, the line eventually dropped.
From this experience, we interacted with four different people, none of whom demonstrated basic customer service skills. This makes it clear that the issue isn’t just with one employee but reflective of how Nespresso U.S. service is run. Sadly, it left us with no desire to return to the Beverly Hills boutique.

We were just there on Friday and no one seemed to want to serve us. Such a horrible attitude. I asked for the manager, they guy pointed to a lady who seemed overwhelmed and all over the place. Moreover when we got home we discovered we were given the wrong coffee. You wouldn't imagine this is the level of service at this upscale location. Very disappointing.

Very odd and unwelcoming experience. Unless you know exactly what you want, they don’t seem interested in selling to you or answering questions. I was interested in a machine package but left empty handed because the service was so lacklustre.

The worst experience ever. The Asian woman working there wasn’t able to explain the concept properly as it was a very confused concept and she blamed it on us for not understanding how it works there. They have 2 different sides of the cafe which doesn’t make any sense, but instead of explaining, she just said, “it’s a lot to explain to you people” like we’re the ones who couldn’t understand the concept. The concept itself was quite confusing but blaming her incompetence on us was just too much.

Worst customer service. Super slow and rude. I walked in and wanted to buy one of the holiday packets of coffee they had out. And no one could help me check out cause they were all trying to sell machines. I waited 10 minutes then left.

Great store, relaxing vibe, love the living walls throughout the space. Associates were friendly and helpful, we were offered complementary drinks whilst waiting for an associate to help with our order.

Multiple people standing around chatting and unwilling to help process a sale. Several clients waiting in line since no one could ring a sleeve but a supervisor was starting a list rather than assisting. Absurd.
