One of the most dissipating meals I've had. Restaurant was playing very laud music. Food came cold. Manager said he would recook fresh but they just warmed up. Very mushy noodles. This used to be a good restaurant. Now it's a tourist trap

We have been here at least 4 times and I can honestly say this was the worst visit. It doesn't matter if we were doing the Dine LA or Poer Lunch menu but the server was not good! He seemed like a rookie. He was somewhat rushing us to order and after we did he forgot our added vegetables order and did not come back to communicate to us that there was a "miscommunication" with the kitchen We were more than halfway done with our entrees!! I was like is this Crustacean or not because the entire staff, including the manager that I complained to, were just off! They were not in sync and the server had way too many tables. The garlic noodles were good but not great this time. The ambiance made up for it a bit however we weren't even in the mood for our dessert at that point. We asked for it to go. The server seemed as if was"trying" a bit harder to please for his tip by taking off the veggies and then bringing them at the very end. It was just a raggedy service !! We were charged for an ice cream scoop that we didn't want and had to ask him to remove it from the check. This was by far my worst experience and we won't be back !! They seemed to want us out because I complained but it's my money and next time if I want to eat in Beverly Hills we will try 808 Rodeo. A total disappointment !

Ambiance is fun and lively and the food and drinks are amazing. The service wasn't as attentive as I like, but it was fine. The seating is a little close together too, almost like you feel obliged to start a conversation with the tables next to you. Overall, though, I am looking forward to returning and will recommend it to others.

Please ensure that when you use the word VEGAN, that your food REALLY is full Vegan, as your process and procedure of cooking some of your ALLEGED Vegan options are not indeed Vegan.

This is an experience like no other. I recommend coming to celebrate a special occasion. We had several dishes from the secret kitchen were out of this world. My first time here but not my last!

Ill be honest we went for a $40 a person lunch special and our bill was $350 something + tip food was good but nothing special or worth the price . Im not not cheap , I ll psy for good food and experience but i didnt like all but do many hidden charges .

The food, service, ambiance was excellent however there is a dress code. I came dress in accordance with the dress code, excited that others would be dressed us well. However, the dress code is not enforced and people were walking around in t-shirts and shorts, hawaiian shirts, super casual. Meanwhile I'm sitting there in nice clothes and sport coat feeling overdressed.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to in my life. I can't believe it doesn't have a Michelin star. It certainly deserves one. Every plate, the service, every cocktail. The vegan crab cake is unbelievable. Better than any crab cake I've ever had. And the table side Ice Cream is a once in a lifetime experience. Unless you go twice!

We felt so rushed, the plates were literally taken out the minute we finished first course. The food was not passed out in a correct order. We were serviced “special” king crab noodles together with our main dish. When I asked for a dry white wine recommendation, I was recommended $430 Savignon Blanc. While we are accustomed to a fine dining, it wasn't a spacious occasions. We were ready to spend about $150 for a bottle with the causal dinner but not $430.. The special king crab noodles was a $180 extra. It would have been nice if the server said that the special would be $180 extra. We had much better experience there before. We do not intent to come back after our last dinner.

Maitre d enhanced the dining experience by taking the time to make fantastic recommendations. Entire staff was extremely professional and worked in a seamless coordinated fashion. As a result we wanted for nothing. The bartender is fantastic. Best Lychee martini of any I have tasted around the world. Looking forward to the next time!

Food was 10/10. Loved the vibrant exciting flavors! The dim sum was especially delicious. Miles, at the bar, was a great bartender and we loved chatting with him before our meal. Will come back!

We were greeted with great service which carried through our dining service. The mixed drinks were top notch, not your basic bar. The appetizer was very good along with my table side 16oz Ribeye! All in all it was a satisfying experience and yes I'd go again. Prices are not cheap but I'm not feeling bad about it because the overall experience felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Nothing took long, every waiter paid attention to our needs and overall I rate this a 4 out of 5 but for service along it's a 5!

Last time I was here I had an absolute amazing experience. Probably the best culinary experience ever. However, this time it felt as though everything fell short. The service felt very rushed, the energy of the waiter was lacking, and aside from the host there was no mention of our anniversary no dessert or anything despite seeing others around us receive them for their occasions. The previous time we were here in 2021 I was made to feel like totally; this time I felt like I was at Applebees. Such a shame, my wife and I were looking forward to a better anniversary experience.

We arrived about 20 mins late, and we were still accommodated. The evening was going as planned, until the Magician Mat came to our table. IT WAS AMAZING and not intrusive to the meal at all! Awesome food and memories thanks to everyone there working together.

Everything about the experience was top-notch. Waiter, Andrew, was excellent and attentive, the food was delicious from start to finish, and the seating is comfy, which is a detail that restaurants often overlook. Loved it and will be back.
