#phenomenal is what I want to express!
Loved everything about this place!
Food is delicious , light - not heavy , many options for vegetarians. Service is great, drinks & food were served in a timely manner.
The atmosphere, decor, style, cocktails, food option, creativity, and the restroom (clean!) are all beyond excellent! Highly recommend & we will. Definitely come back here (in spite of the drive!).

Review for Nua Nua – Los Angeles

My partner and I are staying at the InterContinental for a quick getaway, and we decided to try Nua Nua for dinner — easily one of the best decisions of the trip.

From the moment we walked in, the entire team delivered a level of hospitality that feels genuinely world-class. The staff is warm, attentive, and dialed in without ever being overbearing. You can tell they take real pride in the experience they’re creating.

The food is outstanding — thoughtful, vibrant, and full of the kind of flavors that stay with you long after the meal. There’s a depth to the menu that reflects the best of modern Israeli-inspired cuisine, and it shows in every dish.

Knowing the restaurant is owned by an Israeli chef made the experience even more meaningful for us. My girlfriend Shirley and her entire family are from Israel, so there was an instant connection to the culture, the style of cooking, and the energy of the place. It felt familiar, elevated, and special all at once.

This is the kind of restaurant you immediately want to recommend to everyone. Incredible service. Incredible food. Incredible people. A standout experience in LA — we’ll absolutely be back.

My friend and I came here for a late dinner. First, the Hummous is a must-order. It was perfect — thick, plenty of garbanzo beans and it had slices of egg, too! The beet salad was also very good. We got there late so we didn’t have the full menu to choose from but we were told that the salmon is also very good. Special shoutout to Kelvin, a server went above and beyond to make sure we’d had a memorable and enjoyable experience.

It was a delightful lunch for the 4 of us. Everything was more than our expectations. The only disappointment was $17 for valet parking!!!

Terrific Mediterranean food in a stylish space make for a wonderful meal.

Nua is best with a group, so you call order multiple appetizers and multiple dishes and try it all.

I loved the eggplant. The hummus came with house made pita. The kebab was perfectly cooked. Everything was so delicious. I can't wait to go back

Great place with excellent Middle Eastern food. The ambience is often quiet and even the indoor dining areas are open and airy. The portions are generous, but leave room for dessert. Perfect for couples who want a leisurely meal together, but plenty of the customers are groups of 4-6 friends or work colleagues, families with kids, or even single diners.

Nua is one of our favorite restaurants! Besides the service (Casey and Kelvin are awesome). the food is excellent. We always start with the jerusalem bagel. The salmon with cous cous was cooked perfectly and flavorful, the salad with lime/silan dressing was delicious and the vegetarian (or vegan) cheesecake was light and, again, delicious.

Comfortable, relaxing, discrete setting - bravo! Staff were welcoming but table service was spotty with lengthy breaks between service visits. We regularly found our small party with empty beverages and missing order items. All in all a delightful evening.

This somewhat hidden oasis serves delicious nouveau Israeli cuisine, made with fresh, healthy and delicious ingredients. Nua is essentially a kosher restaurant without a hekhsher, open on Shabbat. All meat is kosher (you have to take their word for it; there's no rabbi certification) and they are dairy free. There are plenty of tasty dishes for vegetarians (like me) as well. The eclectically decorated indoors and the garden-like patio are beautiful. Chef Yoav Schverd has obviously put a lot of love into the place.

Hated it. From the dead bugs in the corner to the rude staff to the sloppy food. Not worth your time or money.

I asked 2-3times about my drink that I didn't receive it, and the server seems ignored it. I had to go to bar and asked again.
