The server never showed up in the 20 mins we were there for to even serve water. We just walked out after we saw a group of 4 white people who entered after us with no reservation, already had their cocktails served. Don’t waste your time if you’re a person of colour.

I am a frequent customer and have never experienced such inattentive service. This is the second visit where you were out of items that are popular-(hummus the first time, and branzino the second time.) This HAD been my go-to restaurant-disappointing!

Solid authentic israeli! Cannot go wrong w the Shipud (chicken skewer). Bring a group for sharing as the portions are large.Vegetarian options: Lots of options and clearly labeled, veg gf could easily find something.

We had an outstanding meal in a beautiful enclosed patio setting - the branzino was prepared perfectly accompanied with great roasted vegetables and it was delcious. The shuk salad was so fresh it tasted like they had just picked the ingredients and the eggplant preparation was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back and highly recommend it.

We held a special event at Nua a few days ago and it turned out so well that we keep receiving compliments from our guests. The food was served family style and everything was so tasty and plentiful! The outdoor space is perfect and felt like this restaurant is somewhere in Europe. A hidden gem!Thanks to Chef Yoav for the best Mediterranean food in Los Angeles.Thanks also to Sierra (the event planner) and her staff who helped us so much with all the details of our party. She was present the whole time to make sure everything was to our liking.

The Eggplant dip is a standout with its unique sweetness, and the Shakshuka is hands down the best I've ever had. The Jerusalem bagel and Limonana drink complemented the meal perfectly.Service: Contrary to some reviews, I experienced impeccable service. The staff, led by the fantastic manager Sierra, was not only friendly but also highly professional. Special shoutout to Maggie, our server, for her warmth. Chef Yoav took the time to chat with us, adding a personal touch to the experience.Atmosphere: NUA is a haven of beauty with its abundance of greenery, flowers, and chic aesthetic. The ambiance is unparalleled, making it a perfect setting for any occasion.I am definitely planning to revisit and, hopefully, organize more events at NUA. The place is very nice except I had horrible service. My business partner and I placed our order. He had an appetizer and I ordered a meal. She brings out his appetizer shortly. She comes 10 minutes later and told me the kitchen was closed. She had a horrible attitude about it, wasn’t apologetic or communicated. She clearly didn’t put in my order in time. She could have let me know when we ordered there wasn’t going to be time, or when she brought the appetizer. Why make me wait 20 minutes just to tell me the kitchen was closed? Worst service and server I’ve had.
Great food. Good service. Very nice patio and indoor decor. Love that they're environmentally conscious - paper straws and paper boxes for leftovers. A bit too pricey for the salmon added to the salad.

I really wanted to like this spot, no love this spot !!!! but the food just didn't cut it. The chicken was dry and so burnt that was all we tasted. My friends dish she barely touch. We literally left hungry if it hadn't been for the hummus. I forced myself to eat and I could see my friend did too, she didn't want to speak up since I had picked the place. I knew and felt the same. These things happen maybe an off night on a Friday.....The staff was amazing and we just paid and went on, but we'd never go back. It just wasn't worth it. Bummed but again the staff is ❤️.
