I’ve enjoyed Pinkberry at several different locations over the years, and the experience is usually great but unfortunately, the Beverly Hills location was a major letdown.
First, the prices here are noticeably higher than other Pinkberry stores, yet they offer fewer topping options and significantly smaller portions. I honestly felt like I was paying more and getting less, which is disappointing for a brand I usually trust. What really made the experience worse was the attitude of the staff. They were rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer service skills. I didn’t feel welcomed at all, and it seemed like they were annoyed to even be serving customers. I’ve visited Pinkberry locations in places like West Hollywood and Santa Monica, and the difference is night and day—better service, better variety, and better overall value. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this location. I recommend visiting another Pinkberry if you’re looking for the quality experience the brand is known for.

Been coming to this place for as long as it’s open, in recent years it became very unpleasant to sit there, so dirty and disgusting everywhere! The floor, the tables the glass door! The workers are so not nice, so rude snd grumpy all the time! You guys work with kids!!! Where is the manager or the owner??? What a shame!

I used to go to this place all the time in high school, excellent froyo, try the chocolate hazelnut!
My sister in law, niece, and nephew were in town visiting from Texas. The family and I decided to do a little bit of a tour of LA, from Olvera St to Santa Monica. On our way to Santa Monica everyone wanted FroYo so we we exited the 10fwy and came across Pinkberry in Beverly Hills. So glad that we did, it was the perfect spot to chill and have your froyo in peace with family. The service was excellent, and everyone was able to get what they wanted. We will definitely be back!
