I ordered my usual DoorDash order and remembered the very nice young man that took my order on Monday . Very proper very welcoming and good at his service he opened the door for me 10 min before which out of his way. NOT A FAN OF THEIR DAIRY FREE OPTIONS.

My sister in law, niece, and nephew were in town visiting from Texas. The family and I decided to do a little bit of a tour of LA, from Olvera St to Santa Monica. On our way to Santa Monica everyone wanted FroYo so we we exited the 10fwy and came across Pinkberry in Beverly Hills. So glad that we did, it was the perfect spot to chill and have your froyo in peace with family. The service was excellent, and everyone was able to get what they wanted. We will definitely be back!

This used to be my favorite Pinkberry, but they have gone down the drain! It's run by teenagers and they said that everything changed with the new owner. I go to this one every time and had the usual loyalty reward (free small after 10 visits). They said the new system that the owner put in won't let them redeem it for me, even though they could see the reward. I asked if they could just charge me for the extra toppings then. They said no. The customer service was horrific! They said they were just going to throw it away ifI wasn't going to pay full price for it when I legitimately earned my free small. I am never coming back to this location again. It has changed for the worse! The customer service is appalling!

I am so annoyed with this place. I ordered on Postmates, and I am buying a take home 25 ounce . They are charging $16.80 on Postmates. In the store it is $14.00 .... Typically they give you a few sides for free in the store. On the postmates app it is trying to charge me $4.75 each topping. This is ridiculous if I paid that I would pay $31. So I called the store and asked him if he can give me a few toppings. The guy said NO, and that the toppings are only $1.25 each. I told him that online I am only seeing $4.75 a topping and how can I get a few before the driver arrives. He refused to help even if there app is messed up. So I just paid $25 for yogurt with no toppings. I am sorry but this is very rude. This place has always had the worst workers and management. Seeing that I couldn't pay for it on the app they could of helped me out with a solution.

We have been going to this Pinkberry location for at least 4 years. It recently changed franchise ownership. We have not been able to get reward points because they always say the system is not working. I don't understand this because when we go to other Pinkberry locations there is never a problem receiving reward points. We are getting tired of hearing the same excuses. It can't be that hard to get it going. In addition, their Sunday daytime female employee does not know how to count money and give appropriate change. She makes up excuses why she can't take cash. On two occasions we have given her cash and hace to tell her how much change we should get back. This person should not be dealing with money.
So happy this location is reopened with new management. The yogurt is so fresh & delicious. Lots of yummy toppings.Great service, employees that care.We will be back!
