The older lady has such a bad attitude. I used to come here all the time to get my favorite smoothie. I guess the staff has changed. I probably won't be coming back which I guess that is what that lady wants considering she looks so bothered when people ask her to do her job.

I come here all the time because they're my favorite smoothies in LA , but unfortunately I don't receive the best customer service , the same girl is usually working there and she always looks bummed when a customer walks to the window. Today however, I got there 15 min before closing and I was told the store was closed. I understand that it's not great when a customer comes close to closing and I sympathize with that but I explained I thought the store closed at 5pm and she said I know and said she wouldn't make me a smoothie. I was very disappointed as I got off work early just to come to planet smoothie and get a smoothie :(

Love this place but the service was terrible. 2 less stars because of service. It was a heavy set white woman with a horrible attitude ugh. Why are the good spots like this. ??

Yum! I got a kale green smoothie and it was surprisingly really good. They have a lot of choices on their menu - but definitely coming again to try a few more

I waited an atrocious amount of time for an already paid smoothie which caused me to be late for an appointment. When I finally received my smoothie it was improperly made, and decided to wait even longer for it to be corrected. (Idiot) Three things I saw that were unprofessional 1) Telling a mother of 4 toddlers and 60 bill that she's could not have two small cups which we could both see that they seemed to have for water, so she could spilt drinks between her children. She must have had 6 smoothies at $10 a pop I was appalled. She told them it was not right, then apologized and did not give her the cups. Disrespectful communication between a manager and Postmates worker. Manager was going back and fourth. Postmates worker said they're treated me like I'm trying to steal the order. He was very frustrated. Reprimanding staff in front me regarding the mis made smoothie, what ever was said in the ear of the girl who made my smoothie caused her face to drop, she was so upset while making my smoothie and when she handed of to me apologized and her energy was really low. I felt horrible, it wasn't what I ordered. This review draft is at least six months old are they still in business?! lol And, if so how?! when they treat their paying customers this way....

The employee working 11-30-21 @3:13pm is very rude to lazy to check the tablet so on my phone says something went Wong so I assumed No order. I drive over to place the order in person bought my drink leave. 20 minutes later my phone is showing me my drinks are ready. My phone said something went wrong so I call. The same lady working states she was too busy at the time to check the tablet. Says oh well come pick up your drinks. I can't drink three drinks in one setting

This place was pretty disappointing. I got an açaí bowl and a strawberry banana smoothie...it's pretty difficult to mess up a basic smoothie but somehow they managed too, it tasted terrible. The açaí bowl was anything but. The gentleman handed me a cup and I was very confused and nicely told him I ordered an açaí bowl not a smoothie and he told me they ran out of bowls so he put it in a cup. It was the consistency of water. He put 2 out of the 5 toppings in the description and barely put a sprinkle of the granola and a 3 slices of bananas. Waste of $20, would not recommend.
one of the girls was super nice but the smoothie was the most vile, artificial tasting thing I have ever had. It made me nauseated.

Horrible service. Horrible açaí bowl! It looked like they gave me an açaí smoothie in a bowl! Never again! Figures why it's in such a great location but completely empty. You're better off going to Jamba Juice!

Horrible customer service! Went to order a smoothie and realized I had ordered the large and meant to say medium. As the size of the large is way too big for one person to consume. So I requested to change the order to a medium and the female who was working comes over to the intercom and abruptly says it's too late to change the order, as she has made the order. And continues to keep saying it's too late. I then request to have the drink placed in two glasses and to have them cut down in size to be able to share it. They both refused to accommodate my request.

This place was a waste of money honestly. I had such high hopes when arriving. Ordered a matcha smoothie and it was very over blended and watery. Don't even get me started on the customer service. The employee at the register made a rude comment about my order and wasn't helpful when asking questions about the menu. There happens to be a Kreation Organic Juicery right next door if you want some better customer service and drinks that don't taste like water.
