I had ordered take out. I figured it would taste just as good as dining in, it wasn't the same.my whole order was dry. The steak , macaroni & mash potatoes. The only good thing was the bread & butter. I don't think I would ever do takeout again from here.

I am soooooo missing drinks and food at Ruth's Chris! This picture was taken six months ago but I wanted to share! They have some of the best drinks , extensive list of wine, and fabulous steak (even if they are a chain!) This particular location is a great place to hang with business colleagues or friends just to unwind! I can't wait for this pandemic to pass so we can go back to normal life!

Once again we have a restaurant that THINKS they are "fancy" but is far from that. Any restaurant with a "dress code" run far away from it. Heres how a restaurant should work. I tell you what i want to order and how i want it to be cooked. You dont tell me what i can and cant wear. Notice how you cant tell me to do anything because i am a higher entity. Just do your job. Its 2020 there is no need for a "dress code" Ruth christ will judge and discriminate based on clothing. God is my witness and you will be condemned

I normally go to the location in Marina del Rey I'm a regular there but due to the pandemic they are currently closed at this time . So I decided to go to the Beverly Hills location. I was very disappointed! I ordered 2 Caesar salads ...both had only a pinch of lettuce & lots of Parmesan cheese and onions I've never ordered the Caesar salad from Ruth's Chris and got onions on top disgusting and unacceptable. I also ordered stuffed chicken breast with extra stuffing on the side they did not add the extra stuffing on the side . And lastly I ordered the garlic butter mashed potatoes which was so dry and had no flavor. Waste of my money ! I will never return to this location! I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else coming here .

We love eating out. Last night we arrived in this excellent restaurant which we didn’t know before. We had a lovely time there with superb food and a professional crew and a professional cook. We added this venue in our list and we will definitely visit again soon. We deeply recommend.

I take my family to this lovely spot many times a year! This is the best place to eat. I visit this place routinely. The cooking is of high quality, the staff is professional and the prices are affordable. I enjoy meeting in this spot for a rich lunch.

It was my first time at a Ruth Chris steak house been to many to say the least. Heard many good good things about Ruth Chris so i figured last night would be the night. Me and my girl ordered 2 filets medium. Mashed potatoes and lobster mac. Steaks came out after 25 mins Well done. We sent them back. The new steaks came back semi better but lobster mac was cold. Mashed potatoes were cold. Highly disappointed with this experience. But atleast our waiter was attentive.
This spot has excellent service and delicious menu. One of my favourite places ever. The food and drinks arrived quickly and the prices were inexpensive. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Change your front desk/receptionist! Employee named Katrina? Katherine? was the front receptionist on Valentines day. As we were checking in, my boyfriend said his name and we had to repeat it 4 times (not a hard name AT all) and she clearly heard us but kept asking (her facial and attitude was being completely racist) we came about 5 mins early and was advised our table was being ready (which is completely fine). however we waited about 10-15 mins and went in to see the status and when we went in, the same lady asked if we made reservations. We said we already checked in, she said "i know ^^" with a look. if she knew who we were, why asked if we made reservations and also note that she knew we checked in? Her attitude was completely ignorant and racist. your food is amazing but do not get a low star because of a staff you chose. messed up my dinner on a good valentines day. shame on you katherine or whatever ^^

Don't even know how to start. Never been to Ruth's Chris. Had a reservation at 5 but seated right away at 4:30 by a nice lady in the front. Got seated at a booth. I always look to how we're greeted and Raphael has one of the best customer service ever. We brought our own wine bottle (cork fee $15) and gave us little bit of knowledge on it. He recommended us a few dishes and what not so we ended with the porterhouse dinner for 2. But we first sipped our wine and ordered the spicy shrimp as appetizer which was super delicious. About the main dinner- It comes with 2 starters, 40oz steak, spinach dip (i think, but substituted for asparagus- 5 dollars to change, no biggie) and mashed potatoes. Salads were good. Steak went really well with our wine. Asparagus and mashed potatoes were spot on tasty. While eating, we came across our friendly server Sebastian. Very nice. Refilled our waters without asking. Very generous. And to think we couldn't leave without getting a dessert, we got the house cheesecake which was super super good. I'm not really a dessert type but my wife insisted so we decided to order one and my god, super delicious. So all in all, 5/5 food and taste. 6/5 service by Raphael and Sebastian and hostess. Overall experience, 10/10.

First of all MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CASH ON HAND FOR VALET PARKING! Ok, let's get into it, the customer service was great..our waiter was so polite. He was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations, and just very attentive. The food was so delicious. My husband and I split a tomahawk, Brussel sprouts are soooo yummy! , asparagus is nothing special, and lobster Mac and cheese was delicious! I would come back!
