Second time in a week that I had this issue. Only the previous time it was much worse. I did not ask for 'well' done previously and was met with a literally uncooked patty just beneath the surface. It was so bad that I asked the server over and even he was in shock at how red and 'bloody' it was. He immediately took it back and had another prepared. I did not want to be 'that guy' at the time and post photos online about it and was willing to let it go. But this time, I had specifically asked for it to be 'well' done to avoid the same issue from my prior visit and what do I get. Better, but I should not have any pink at all when I made this request.

They served me a bad orange cream drink and the burger was too small for $10 dollars. It damaged my intestine and my colon. The fries are changed to wavy which is not okay. The burger needs packaging. ---Vasti Carrion

The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right – every bite was spot on. The cheese & bacon fries were the perfect side: crispy, cheesy, and indulgent without being overwhelming. A great combo that I’d happily order again!
