Second time in a week that I had this issue. Only the previous time it was much worse. I did not ask for 'well' done previously and was met with a literally uncooked patty just beneath the surface. It was so bad that I asked the server over and even he was in shock at how red and 'bloody' it was. He immediately took it back and had another prepared. I did not want to be 'that guy' at the time and post photos online about it and was willing to let...

What are the best professional team I’ve been at at any fast food also it is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had from the shake shack and the team is outstanding, kind, friendly professional, including the restrooms

The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right – every bite was spot on. The cheese & bacon fries were the perfect side: crispy, cheesy, and indulgent without being overwhelming. A great combo that I’d happily order again!
