I used to LOVE coming here with my husband & girlfriends! It had charm, good energy and staff who actually cared!! You can have the same experience at a mall starbucks!
The staff appears to be 19 yrs old including the Manager... They eat subway and other food with logos with customers (unprofessional..) and yell their personal (intimate) info for all to hear.
The young lady who took my order looked like she just woke up. No expression. No greeting. Just stared and then literally walked away halfway through our interaction?!?? Her coworker had to remind her I was there...
Whatever magic this place had is completely gone. The owner must've sold the business...

I wish I could say I loved this place. The café itself is beautiful, and they offer a great selection of desserts. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the matcha drinks, especially the Strawberry Matcha. It had an unpleasant taste and wasn’t worth the $8+ price tag. The Matcha Rose and Machata were just okay. I suspect they’re using culinary-grade matcha since the color is more grayish than the vibrant green you'd expect.

I was so dissatisfied very expensive 1 small cookie $4...I tried the baklava so small and poor quality, I will never go back! I will go back to my Persian market to get good fresh stuff! And any supermarket has cheaper, fresh and better pastries too!

Coconut Matcha was okay. The baklava, they were out of stock of quite a few of them. And the two that I had, weren’t great. I was told I needed to get them by pair, i couldn’t get just one. I feel like the baklava is not worth the $10 AT ALL.

Café Sheera is a gem in the heart of Beverly Hills — and Suzy Hovanesyan is its soul.
There is no place in Beverly Hills like Café Sheera. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an atmosphere that is both elegant and warm, with floral charm, genuine hospitality, and a sense of purpose that you can feel in every detail.
Their Rose Latte is hands down the best in Beverly Hills — smooth, fragrant, and unforgettable. The croissants are delicate and buttery, and the signature sweets are simply divine, combining tradition with luxury in the most delightful way.
But what truly elevates this place is Suzy, the incredible woman behind it all. She is not just a business owner — she is a fighter, an inspiration, and a living example of grace, strength, and vision. You can feel her energy and passion in every corner of the café. Her presence adds magic to the experience, and her journey is one that deserves admiration and applause.
Café Sheera isn’t just a place to grab coffee — it’s where heart meets flavor, and where community meets elegance. I’m always proud to support this beautiful space and the phenomenal woman who made it all happen.

Absolutely horrible experience, and even worse because the rudeness came straight from the owner. I went back to ask for an extra shot of espresso in my latte that I forgot to mention when I ordered. Instead of just adding it or showing any basic courtesy, the owner questioned me like I was trying to scam her: “Did you pay for it?” “Did you verbally say you wanted it?” I wasn’t sure if it was included in the price, and instead of being understanding, she made it very clear I’d need to pay more.
So I went back to get my phone just to pay $1.25—after I had already tipped $5. And even then, she was cold, rude, and condescending. All that attitude over a single dollar? Seriously?
If this is how the owner treats paying, tipping customers—interrogating them over minor requests and acting like they’re a burden—I can only imagine how she treats her staff or anyone she doesn’t like. I won’t be back, and if you value kindness and basic respect, you shouldn’t waste your money here either.

1 star, I’m absolutely furious about my experience at Cafe Sheera. The staff’s rude and impatient attitude while I tried to order was unacceptable, making me feel rushed and disrespected. I ordered a hot chocolate for dine-in, but they served it in a to-go cup. When I pointed out their mistake, they dumped it into a plain coffee cup without whipped cream or design and had the nerve to demand an extra $1 instead of apologizing. This appalling service completely ruined my day, and I’m so angry that I’ll never step foot in this place again. They need to fix their customer service.

Amazing hidden gem! Real gift. Especially after seeing a doctor this should be a required stop! Not only a great selection of middle eastern sweets and great teas, there you can have a proper cup of coffee made for you in a box filled with the hot sand. Great atmosphere with an interesting European soundtrack. Highly recommend.
