This place came highly recommended by one of the locals and we were NOT disappointed!!! Coffee was great, cinnamon roll was exceptional. We also had the dates and they melted in your mouth. The owner was there, she was so friendly and patiently answered all of our questions. She gave my Chloe her very first puppuccino 🥰

The Cafe Sheera team is absolutely stellar! Such a cute shop in the heart of Beverly Hills. Great drink options, and delicious pastries. Highly recommend the Egyptian rose latte and any of their fresh made baklava.

Do not be swayed by the beautiful interior!

I went here last week and ordered the pistachio date shake. The menu has no prices so I was absolutely shocked to be charged $16. That is way too expensive, even for this area.

But that wasn’t the main issue.

After I had the drink, I’ve had the most terrible food poisoning for the past week. I’m guessing the milk they used was expired as I’ve had similar symptoms after accidentally drinking expired milk once before in the past. I am still recovering after five days. Would never go here again which is a shame as the menu is actually quite unique and interesting.

Staff are also very cold and unfriendly. Seems like a pretty depressing place.

Edit based upon owner's reply: Go Greek is incomparable to your products. They use 100% Greek yogurt which is ALWAYS a more expensive product and expectably so. Your drinks are more expensive than the other DRINK options in the surrounding areas and that's fine, but transparency of prices by having them on your menu would be nice. As for the milk - if the lack of care and complete display of inattention I saw from your staff while sitting in the café for 45 minutes was anything to go by, I wouldn't be surprised if they either a) picked up the wrong (expired) milk for my order or b) failed to check the dates as you claim that morning.

I used to LOVE coming here with my husband & girlfriends! It had charm, good energy and staff who actually cared!! You can have the same experience at a mall starbucks!

The staff appears to be 19 yrs old including the Manager... They eat subway and other food with logos with customers (unprofessional..) and yell their personal (intimate) info for all to hear.

The young lady who took my order looked like she just woke up. No expression. No greeting. Just stared and then literally walked away halfway through our interaction?!?? Her coworker had to remind her I was there...

Whatever magic this place had is completely gone. The owner must've sold the business...

I wish I could say I loved this place. The café itself is beautiful, and they offer a great selection of desserts. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the matcha drinks, especially the Strawberry Matcha. It had an unpleasant taste and wasn’t worth the $8+ price tag. The Matcha Rose and Machata were just okay. I suspect they’re using culinary-grade matcha since the color is more grayish than the vibrant green you'd expect.

I was so dissatisfied very expensive 1 small cookie $4...I tried the baklava so small and poor quality, I will never go back! I will go back to my Persian market to get good fresh stuff! And any supermarket has cheaper, fresh and better pastries too!

Coconut Matcha was okay. The baklava, they were out of stock of quite a few of them. And the two that I had, weren’t great. I was told I needed to get them by pair, i couldn’t get just one. I feel like the baklava is not worth the $10 AT ALL.
