I attended my brothers wedding and the wedding was beautiful however, the catering company was not professional. They served the food extremely late and cold, as well as many people didn't receive their food. I was the best man and was giving the toast and was supposed to have an ube shot in my hand during the toast which was also supposed to be handed to all the guests, however, I never received mine and many others didn't either. I highly recommend staying away from this company for your wedding. They were extremely understaffed, unorganized and unprofessional. I would recommend not spending so much money and not knowing what you are going to get.

I had high expectations for this catering service as it was affiliated with a very reputable venue. Much to my dismay, it was the only bad thing that happened on the wedding day in May 2024. My guests were hungry because they served dinner almost 3 hours late (timeline provided for them to follow months in advance was dinner to be served 6:30 pm and they did not bring plates out until 9:44 pm via CC TV proof). Church was also running 1 hour late which should’ve worked on their advantage in terms of preparation. Guests had ice cream from our scheduled “late night snack treat” before the main dinner plate! They did not serve the cake or probably served closer to when guests began to leave as they started their service so late. I’m hearing from guests some didn’t even have chargers on their table setting! It’s truly quite embarrassing to hear after the wedding especially considering the amount of money they charged for their “catering service.” The owner and her partners had been in communication with us for over a year and knew exactly the timeline and guest count. Very ill-prepared, unprofessional, and absolute lack of communication is cherry on top. Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from but don’t get fooled by them like we did! Much better to go with other true professional alternatives such as Hunger Bear Catering and don’t risk tainting your wedding vibes with their service. They also don’t care if they ruined your wedding. They’ll take your money and run with it shamelessly after giving you less than mediocre quality service. I hate to write this but fellow brides, you’ve been warned…

We used silver service for our wedding in Los Angeles, and this was the only mistake of the entire wedding. They showed up grossly understaffed. Guests were served food incredibly late and some were not served food at all. Some people were served dessert first and we heard some guests were thinking of ordering food to get delivered because they were so hungry. They had almost an hour between salads and the entree. They did not even have water at the tables for the guests. Per itinerary, food should have been served at 7:30 and it did not get served until nearly 10pm. They did not communicate the issues they were having with our wedding planner, and we did not come to find out until after our wedding day how bad the unprofessional this catering company is. We I suggest booking with different catering companies to ensure your guests don’t go hungry. I think literally any other option would be better.

Slow and lack luster response when attempting to contact and get a quote for a wedding. Their response felt disingenuous, callous and corporate at best.

Poorly optimized website that fails to load certain pages or has slow loading times, at first I believed the issue was on my end. I had friends and family attempt to load the site but they encountered the same issue when trying to load anything, this is extremely prevelant in their reviews.

My daughter's wedding was on May 6th, a beautiful day and a perfect day. The weather was touch and go that day and Silver Service Events worked with me to change my plans to Plan B and move all the tables inside the home of Orcutt Ranch. The staff was so helpful and courteous, almost knew what I needed before I could even voice it out loud. The food was wonderful!!! I even had a few guests come up to me telling me they had been to other weddings before and this by far was the BEST food they have had. Fresh and yummy and melt in your mouth good. Jerry gave us a tasting a few months ago so we knew how good it really was. He worked with the menu with us, knowing we had some vegans, gluten free and dietary needs. I would use them again for any event! What a jewel to have found.

Jerry and his servers with Silver Service events were the caterers at our wedding this past March, and served incredibly delicious food! We were on a budget, so we weren't trying to spend a fortune for catering. I was looking for a place to host my 25th birthday and stumbled upon Silver Service Events online. staff was so helpful in helping me picking out various choices of venues and setting up bottle service. He was responded to my emails promptly and answer all my questions about the party. When I got the the venue, my guest and I got in with no problems. I would definitely recommend them to people who wanna have a stress free party!

Very affordable yet elegant and professional! The meal they provided at our wedding was very sumptuous. They also decorated the buffet table with fresh assorted fruits which I didn't expect since we only have a small budget. Will definitely get their service again in the future.
