We had such a great time sitting at the counter last night. The hostess and the guys at the bar couldn’t have been nicer and the food and cocktails were exceptional. We don’t know how South Beverly Grill (and Hillstone) is so consistently wonderful but we sure do appreciate it. Thank you!

Brought my friend here for a birthday lunch, as she has frequented this restaurant before, and I literally felt like it was my birthday. That's how impressed I was with the food, service and atmosphere. Everything we ordered, from the crab cakes, spinach and artichoke dip, spicy tuna roll and apple pie ala mode, were beautifully prepared and mouthwatering. I'm seriously STILL dreaming of the crab cakes! They were the best I've ever had in my life!!! I can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu, because I'm almost certain, it will be impossible to go wrong with anything!

Klaudia was so wonderful! Attentive, knowledgable, and very sweet to our 7-year old. The food was delicious, the wine was perfect, and the crumble for dessert was a solid choice. Highly recommend.

The food and service was great. The reason for my lower rating was the pay option. The only credit card I carried in my clutch was Discover and on top of that they were cashless so I don't know what I would've done if I would have been dining alone. I had to make my friend pay and we were celebrating her birthday so it was quite an embarrassing moment.
Steak with a true medium was excellent. Seasoned well just right. Fries just perfect with seasoning with ketchup and fresh thousand island ish was soooo good. Wedge salad could have been better if it was colder. Chocolate with ice cream and the dense whipped cream was superb. But the art collections in the background was enjoyable too. This place has now become my favorite steak house.

I had an excellent lunch today at The South Beverly Grill ! The Hillstone restaurant group always upholds a high level of service and quality. I appreciate their consistency. I highly recommend their Sushi, specifically the rainbow roll. I also really enjoy their tuna Nicoise salad.
