One of the must try restaurants in LA. They have great food and great drinks. We always order the spinach and artichoke dip and the sushi. For the main course, the French dip never disappoints.Parking: The restaurant offers Valet parking. There is a parking lot close by with 2 hour free parking before 6pm.

Not bad. But what you pay is the location, not the food. Nothing special. Paper table cloth... and they don't give any appetizer while waiting (let's say bread and butter for example). Average restaurant with a great location.

This is a must try! From the atmosphere to the food and staff, this place is top notch. We had the Brussels and bread plate to start and both were delicious but the bread plate was on another level. The way they glazed the thick cut bread with the olive oil was out of this world. We also had the wedge salad which is slightly different than your traditional wedge as it came with thousand island dressing. Yum! We shared the cheeseburger and fries for dinner and it was definitely one of the best cheeseburgers we’ve had! We will definitely be back! 5 stars!

This used to be my spot, and I never ever had an issue when going out to lunch or for a business lunch. One day, I decided to drive down for a nice lunch. Being summer, I was wearing a baseball cap. They sat us, took our order, and we were halfway through our lunch when one staff member came and whispered that I needed to take my hat off. I was like, 'Okay, I can take my hat off if you ask everyone here to do the same.' She left, so I thought, 'Okay, maybe she's going to let it go; a small mistake is okay, following rules without looking first.' She came back and asked me to take off my hat. I said, 'Let me speak to your manager' (famous words nowadays). The manager was even worse; she brought up the attire rules and claimed that all five people there had medical conditions. Like, come on. I did not want to make a scene, so I paid for the stupid food that I did not get to finish, and put the waitress on the spot. She was very apologetic. I was not going to post this at all, but I found the receipt, so why not post it here so people know who to contact to make a proper complaint if they have bad bias and nasty service. I felt pretty humiliated, to be honest, but I guess I have to take the hard L to not lose composure and sanity. Also, checking the Google pictures, you can find many people wearing hats... surprise, surprise. Now I just go to Frida's Cantina, Ocean Prime, Lawry's. I just wish they would of let me finished my French dip Maybe they were Yankees fans LOL.

We have been clients at South Beverly for a while and live very close therefore it was our preferred place to go, quality of food is very good but few weeks ago we experienced very unpleasant moment that shouldn’t of happened and caught me off guard.We made 2 reservations by mistake 19:15 & 19:45, we came at 19:35 to check in, lady checked us in and said she’ll let us know when the table is ready, 20 min later we asked how long before we get seated, her respond was” you are next”, 15 minutes later 20:05 we see people that came after us already got seated, we asked again why is it taking so long and if everything is okay, respond was that we got there late, I mentioned that mistakenly we made two reservations and we checked in at 19:30, hostesses response was because we made two reservations we have to wait now! Second hostess came back and we mentioned to her “ what happened to being NEXT” … her response was because we made two reservations and due to being late we have to wait … I don’t know how many times I made it clear to them that we had reservation at 7:45 pm so we should get sitted sooner and I personally showed her my reservation confirmation at 19:45 on my phone plus she found it on the computer , next she called the manager… Manager came, basically supported same nonsense and put us on the waiting list.What kind of customer service is this ?! Were we punished for making two reservations ?! Isn’t manager there to resolve the issue instead of treating customers this way, it was straight ignorance on her behalf. She didn’t even try to resolve the issue and kept saying same thing in very unpleasant way.We would have appreciated if she just told us that we were taken off the reservation and we’ve been put on the waiting list so we don’t waste time. Not to mention making elderly person to stand and wait for so long plus to be so rude towards. It was our special occasion day and was ruined by someone’s mismanagement.We finally lost patience and left this place.Besides, for people who don’t have reservations the wait time should not be over 2 1/2 hours, just think about it, it’s not a court house to stand there for 2 1/2 hours waiting to be seated. How pathetic is that ?! This place needs a better management in my opinion. Feels like restaurant is making you a big favor by allowing to dine with them.Food is great but management needs be improved !!! We are taking our business somewhere else from now on and never come back to this insult.

The food was absolutely amazing at this place. I'm from Chicago so with that being said I absolutely appreciated the quality of the food. I loves the place and the food. Highly recommend this place.

I tried the ribs and they were exceptional, the cole slaw and fries were very tasty, the price is high but it is normal for BH. The recommended wine was not the right one, and the cost is high per bottle, but again, typical for LA in general. The atmosphere and the place are good, the service too, you usually have to wait in line, from what we saw there is always a waiting list. Totally recommended.

Didn’t have a reservation, walked in on a Thursday night. Hostess was great and found me a seat at the bar without having to wait too long. Great vibe, friendly service. Will be a regular stop when in Beverly Hills.Had a Reissdorf on tap, excellent. Got one of the sushi rolls which was great, and the Dover Sole special which is served Thurs/Fri and was outstanding. If I lived here it would in my regular rotation.Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing. We stopped here while visiting Beverly Hills. We did not have a reservation but were graciously seated. The atmosphere is subtle with a hit of elegance, and the service was excellent. The food & drinks were amazing! A great visit.

5 stars way up! Outstanding food! Try the deviled eggs! The shrimp Louie salad was not only stunning to look at but tasted so fresh! The shrimp were succulent! Great menu! Excellent service.
