I'm incredibly disappointed and Sprinkles has lost a customer for life.

Excited to go today for my Birthday cupcake treat to myself, the cashier would not take "CASH". I'm sorry, this is AMERICA and cash is the tender of our nation. I cannot support ANY retailer that will not accept CASH. OWNERS OF SPRINKLES - you may wish to rethink your decisions not to accept cash.

This place is probably my favorite Sprinkles in LA, of course not due to the parking or even placement but the freshness, service and atmosphere of it all. Each cupcake tastes how it looks, the great music taste and air conditioning makes it all the more friendly and especially the workers. Perla and Jesse, I think were their names, were profesional and kind. Honestly, any praise that this place gets is justified and I hope more people can see that.

Horrible horrible service by this very slow man name Jesse… he wanted to charge extra money for a box to put the cupcake in. He had such a bad and dark energy and it looked like he didn’t want it work. Not sure why they would put him in the front to interact with customers. He should maybe fit better in the back watching dishes.. I been to sprinkles since it opened a decade ago and it used to be a line freshly cooked every few hours… , now there is no line and cupcakes are not fresh, very average .

The store is smaller than I thought and a bit dark.
I can't see the cupcakes on display clearly.
It's a bit disappointing to choose based on the menu photo.
I think the cupcakes on display would taste better if they looked appetizing in a bright place.

Not that this place needs more amazing reviews, but I stopped by today to pick up cupcakes for a baby sprinkle and the staff member who handed me the order was wonderfully friendly. She has a professionalism and cheerfulness that actually makes your day better. And as always, the cupcakes are consistently delicious.

I got a cupcake at the ATM. It was so dry that I needed water afterwards to get the taste out of my mouth. The price is also insanely high. $5.75 for 1 cupcake? They used to be $3.75, and if anything, the quality is much worse now. Greedy owners and horrible quality. Not surprised. Definitely do not recommend.

Famous place to grab cupcakes in the heart of Beverly Hills. So many different flavors of cupcakes. They do seasonal and creative collaborations for cupcakes too so always keep an eye out for their changing menu. The red velvet cupcake is by far their best. The Barbie cupcake which was pink velvet was amazing as well. Stop by for sure to try a cupcake out. A little pricey at around $6 a cupcake but try their happy hour for $4 cupcakes. Their cupcake ATM is always open too!

Meanwhile at Sprinkles Beverly Hills it's all about the banana bread muffin with Mexican avocado chocolate and crème de leche is all you need to know. It was absolutely delicious! Insanely good in fact. Going to report back on other flavours but for now it was an immediate 5⭐️
