After all these years I never knew Starbucks serves breakfast sandwiches. Then again, I hardly drink coffee ever but this is a game changer. I don’t never need to goto McDonald’s for my sausage egg McMuffin fix because the McMuffin always tasted terrible :p

The Starbucks in Beverly Hills impresses with its friendly service, a relaxed atmosphere and excellent coffee. The stylish furnishings invite you to linger and make your visit a real pleasure - whether for a short break or to start the day relaxed.

Charging outlets are all covered and the place is far less comfortable than it used to be. Completely pointless as a "cafe."

The place is obviously great, the products are well made and the staff is very good. Only one boy was a little tense and bitter.

I liked everything, but it's bad that the toilet for visitors doesn't work and I had to go to the neighboring restaurant ((((

This Starbucks don't make half caffeinated coffees here.
willing to accommodate the kind barista offered to make the two coffees.
This is what I did. She also offered a $4 gift card for their inconvenience. Very kind.
The manager was very rude to another customer while I was making my order.
This place looks like a Walmart when they are restocking the shelves.
Overall sad to see some of my favorite Starbucks locations going downhill with poor customer service.

Very good first experience in an American Starbucks, very similar to French establishments. The premises are relatively sober and would be warmer with a little more decoration. Another slightly negative point is the lack of space in the interior room even though there would be space to add a few tables. Apart from these few points, everything was very good, the service is fast and the staff is pleasant and efficient. The drinks are well prepared and very good for those tested in any case. These are served in transparent plastic cups unlike France, which adds charm to the experience (we will come back to the pollution). Prices are finally a little more affordable than in France. Everything is perfectly located in the heart of rodeo drive. To test!

I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of Store Manager Nick at this location. During a recent visit, I overheard him gossiping to a Shift Supervisor about another employee who was on a workers' compensation leave of absence. Nick was discussing how that employee would be forced to reapply for their same role upon returning, which I believe is both illegal and retaliatory.
This type of behavior from a lead manager is unacceptable and creates a toxic work environment. As leaders, store managers should be setting a positive example for their team, not engaging in gossip or making employees feel unsafe about their job security, especially when they are dealing with work-related injuries.
I hope this issue is addressed promptly and that Nick receives the necessary training on appropriate management behavior, particularly regarding sensitive matters like workers' compensation and employee rights.

The branch is in an excellent location in Beverly Hills. The interior is well laid out and clearly arranged. The toilets are free and accessible at the back. There are a number of seating areas at the entrance. It is a pleasant location to visit.
However, there are two points that prevent me from giving 5 stars:
- sizes are indicated as “grande” on the signs behind the counter. But we wanted a “small”. At checkout the difference was only about $0.50 between the different sizes. If we had known that we would have ordered the “grandes”. The employee could have pointed this out to us when we placed our order. That is a lack of service that we are used to in the Netherlands and from which the employee can learn.
- there are not many seating options inside. Yet there were a few people with a cup of free water and their laptop open, surfing the internet. This is at the expense of the number of customers who want to eat or drink inside. It is not a library or workplace where one can sit and work for a while. Of course this should be possible, but then order something. And don't drink a free cup of water or eat food from home. The employees should monitor this more strictly and kindly send these types of profiteering people away. This is a problem at several locations and not just at this location.
Nevertheless, a great location to visit once you are in Beverly Hills.
Parking: Parking spaces are difficult to find. It is quite busy and cramped.
