They keep the air conditioning way too high. Even on a cool day. I think they don't want people to sit in this Starbucks. Get your coffee and go. I gotta stop going there.

My girlfriend purchased a pumpkin latte and was seated outside when a male employee approached her to question whether she had made a purchase while sitting in outdoor dining area.The encounter felt inappropriate and displayed a lack of cultural sensitivity.

Ordered a trenta black iced tea and was told they were out of iced tea. You might as well be out off coffee too. Think my days of overpriced Starbucks are done.

Store is unfortunately out of multiple items. Tried to order a Chai tea. No luck. Then found out they are out of all teas. Tried to get at least an ice water. Was told I had to buy something to get water. Which I explained I tried to buy but you are out of everything. Which they explained doesn't matter that's the policy. Luckily there are a lot of other places on the same street that probably have items on their menu or at least will offer a cup of water for the effort of trying to buy something from them

The staff at this coffee shop doesn’t listen to what customers order. They add extra options to the bill that weren’t requested. The customer service is terrible. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this here!

Wheelchair accessibility: There appears to be a wheelchair-only seat right in front of the stand.
I guess people should mention if the starbucks is good for working/studying/catching up with a friend or not. that being said: this spot is good for a quick catch up or shooting some emails. Staff are super friendly and the internet is good. I also like the vibe!!!
