2 days in a row this starbucks has charged for a grande and served a tall in a grande cup. This is ridiculous and clearly their standard, since it happened 2 days in a row. Not cool, especially with the prices they charge. Both of these pics were taken before I had a single sip.

5 stars for the employees. Just witnessed a Beverly Hills house wife with way too much Botox and injections talk to the employees very rudely, because they accidentally added foam to her macchiato (which it comes with btw).
