The overpriced coffee was very lukewarm and the servers were kind of on the unfriendly, rude side. Did not appreciate that at all. They need to work on their customer service skills because this particular branch always seems to be lacking in that department. Was not impressed and if wanting to return to Starbucks, will probably try not to go to the one on Doheny/Olympic as much as possible. Disappointing.

Restroom ran out of soap and i had to walk to my car (couple blocks away) to get sanitizer and come back. Your restroom needs to be checked by the current staff or having more employees.

Only giving two stars because the drinks always taste horrible. Burnt coffee or not enough creamer, always bitter coffee. Every Starbucks location is different and this one is “not it”. Service is great though

Great location to cop a solid study session. There’s always seats available, satisfactory air conditioning, and the baristas are chill. Only caveat is there’s a 30 minute parking limit so you have to walk or find street parking to stay longer.
Parking: Parking is easy, but only 30 minutes in the parking lot. Try the streets nearby.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed and pretty chill honestly. Family friendly and hospitable environment.

MY THREE STARS ARE FOR MOST OF THE STAFF THAT'S GREAT. I COME M-F IN THE EARLY AM, 5:45-6:45 AM. I PLACE MY ORDER ON THE APP. I'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR AT LEAST TWO YEARS. HOWEVER, THEY HAVE THIS ONE YOUNG LADY THAT WORKS THERE THAT HAS NOT PERSONALITY. TO ME, SHE'S VERY RUDE, BECAUSE I'VE CALLED HER ON IT. I'VE EVEN HELPED THIS YOUNG LADY OUT ONE MORNING WITH A CUSTOMER CALLING HER OUT OF HER NAME AND GOING CRAZY. NOW, I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS TOO PERSONAL BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T GIVE MOST OF THE CUSTOMERS ANY EYE CONTACT OR WELCOME WHEN SAYING THANK YOU. HOWEVER, WITH THE REST OF THE TEAM BEING SO NICE, SHE MAKES THINGS A LITTLE WIRED. I'M GOING TO CONTACT CORPORATE BECAUSE I DON'T THINK THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WILL REALLY DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY SEEM TO REALLY STICK UP FOR THERE TEAM MEMBERS. Alex and his team at this Starbucks are amazing! I’m from the south (continental US). The south gets a lot wrong, honestly. But, one of the things that it gets right in spades is hospitality. In LA, I’ve more often than not experienced a gross lack of hospitality. In comparison to southern hospitality, LA (in general) is pretty close to, if not, altogether negligent when it comes to hospitality. But, there is something about this Starbucks. They are kind and attentive. They care about their craft and their customers and it shows. You’ll likely be greeted with smiles, responsiveness, attentiveness and speedy service. They “keep me coming back”! Starbucks, they’re representing your brand and what you stand for very well. You should be proud. Well done Alex! Oh, and their store has plenty of outlets to plug in and work from, as well as free 30 min parking(big deal in LA). If you need to stay longer, there’s free 2 hr street parking on Doheny Dr. right past the Starbucks. The area seems very clean and safe. I’ve never felt unsafe.
