Everything is perfect except one thing, you can park here only for 30 minutes, which is basically ruined all idea of a Starbucks in my opinion as a place where you can spend time with no limits with your friends or studying or whatever you want. Congrats, you did it!!!

It's a decent little Starbucks In this south part of Beverly Hills. The problem is parking is limited and Beverly Hills parking police squatting or by waiting for you to make a mistake and write you a ticket.

I visited Starbucks today and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their coffee and service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They greeted me with a smile and took my order quickly. I ordered a latte and a croissant, and they were both delicious. The latte was hot, creamy, and smooth, and the croissant was flaky, buttery, and fresh. The store was clean, cozy, and inviting. They had a nice selection of music playing in the background, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I enjoyed my time at Starbucks and I would definitely recommend it for a good experience.

I love this place, I go there twice a week, always greeted, great service, smiles, manager makes sure he takes care of customers fast.Unfortunately about a month ago I was given the wrong coffee and the lady tried arguing with me about what I had ordered.Today Tuesday again, service was horrible, diferent staff members that looked upset, attitude from lady that helped me. I ordered two wraps and both wraps were cold and my mom and I got sick and I was worried for my mom because she's an elderly lady.I hope this staff gets the proper training when warming up the food and learn how to greet customers.One again I go here twice a week at 6am before work and it's been good except for these two times.

I have an addiction to Starbucks that is unrivaled. I go an embarrassing amount of times. (I like to think I keep them in business) personally, I love a caramel macchiato with blonde espresso. I told myself it has the smallest amount of calories so then I can order egg bites, and feel like I have had a "healthy" breakfast. I have heard the lectures about preservatives, calories, commercialism, etc. Yet, I still feel a happy calm come over me everytime I enter a Starbucks. And honestly, nobody works harder than a Starbucks employee. My only complaint is they don't make tipping easier on the mobile app.

Walked in here today, my coffee was cold and tasted gross. Also I think having these boxes out like this is a complete hazard!! Please put your order away this can cause anyone to fall! This store used to be amazing , management has been a joke for a year now

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service from Yaqueen.I drove 25 minutes to this location for an item not available at closer locations, just to learn that they did not have it. Ya queen was apathetic, at best, about their error in updating the mobile app system, and complicated the process of refunding me. Way to show how little you value your customers! Do better!

Yaqeen and the team are the best! I’ve had nothing but great experiences coming to this location over the years and it’s not even the closest Starbucks or coffee shop to me.The parking lot is small but it’s free. This is LA, parking is horrible everywhere plus they’re not the only business in the plaza so don’t get upset that it’s full during peak business hours.
