Usually, this is a good Starbucks with pretty decent employees but this last visit was very unpleasant due to a very cold and unpleasant interaction with a white girl, green-ish eyes, blonde-ish hair. So rude and unprofessional. And the drink that she made was lukewarm and somewhat cold, just like her. People like her need to be fired immediately. Unprofessional, unlikable, sour. 👎🏻

The girl staff is extremely rude, she looks super angry for no reason and throwing things around . Feeling super unsafe being around staff like that.. unsafe establishments that can affects the food and beverage itself

Update .. Noah is the best worker there . Period If you have accent then congratulations you will be treated like fool in this location . Especially if you kinda confused about what you wanna order . The morning shift girls are super mean, they always try to add more things to my coffee so they can charge me more even I know my coffee shouldn't pass 4$ . Sadly I have to keep coming back because they coffee better than gas stations

Parking attendant in lot screamed at us that we only had 10 minutes or else towed- even though there was no one in the lot. Crazy. Employees were super hesitant to honor the coupon in the app- even though it was valid. Definitely did not feel like a valued customer, thats for sure.

If you want to have some guy approach you when you park in one of the 30 open spaces of the “public” lot behind this Starbucks and have him yell at you that parking is 4$ per 15 minutes, then this is the location for you!
Then when you get inside to pick up your mobile order be sure to ask for necessary accessories like a boba straw for a boba drink. Because they’re not going to give one to you by default.
Parking: Plenty of spots. 4$ to park to pick up a Mobile order is price gouging at best

The only place that has a restroom in this stupid city. I went to a gas station first and got a full tank of gas, then went to a Subway and got a sandwich, and in both places there's either no restroom for customers or it's "out of order" (I regularly have to drive to LA from San Diego, and this is really getting on my nerves). Thank you Starbucks for treating people humanely, I'll be your regular customer from now on!
