Myself and the crew have been coming to this location for years young lady who worked on September 12th 0530 tattoo on her shoulder prefer not to say who we work for she is the ultimate is rudeness and very disrespectful but we kept it respectful .You should take a look at your surveillance and watch her demeanor towards certain ethnicities. She is going to catch someone having a really bad day and just wants a cup of coffee and her bad attitude will cause someone to return that same negative energy she puts out !!!

Wait times are too long when there's 5 people behind the counter 3 walking back and forth. One mopping while the one person on bar is trying to make drinks. Very unsafe for their employees and delays them taking out drinks faster. The drinks took too long and had too much room in them.

One of the only locations that consistently makes my drink correctly. They always are fast and they remember your name. I greatly appreciate this staff.Parking: There are only three meters in the front which are usually full. The best option is an adjacent parking lot that Starbucks valets for 30 minutes.

Terrible customer service today which to their credit was the first time in the year I've been going to this location.. but this was another level. There was on new employee whom I've never seen before and her vibe was rude, almost instantly. Then it seemed the others jumped in kindly to help but every time she jumped back in the conversation they followed her tone and changed theirs as well. I am one of the easiest customers ever and I always order ahead and mind my own- this was one of the only times I've ever even needed their help and for needing help I was dismissed and left with zero help on a very simple ask. New girls gotta go...

I work in the area and often walk here on my lunch break to get coffee. I usually place an order on the app to make things go quicker. This is a small Starbucks with a few seating outside. Good service. Nice clean Starbucks. Try the ice chai latte with almond milk or the new white chocolate macadamia cream cold brew. Yum!
