I keep going back to see if there is a flaw depending on the day or different wait staff etc. Consistently excellent. I got the Tomahawk steak for my nephew.. seeing if he had a bottom to his athletic appetite. He made a valiant try but had to take some home. I'm always satisfied with the best.

The food was extraordinary — truly an excellent experience food wise. However the high top experience was a bit alarming. I was repetitively bumped and pushed in my chair throughout dinner. And each time, the staff seemed completely unaware and did not apologize or try go around to avoid this. When we spoke to staff about this at the end, he responded with non chalance. Said those tables are desired. We got a business card for next time. Not sure what that's supposed to do. Anyway the food is still worth it, maybe just sit at a regular table.
Great foos, ambiance and service. We ordered a dozen of west coast oysters. They were very fresh and flavorful. The roasted beet salad is delicious. For main we ordered bone-in ribeye (my favorite) and bone-in veal chop. They were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the cream brûlée sweet corn. We also had the roasted cauliflower and they gave us the whole cauliflower head. Lol

Steak 48 NEVER disappoints. It's always a fantastic dining experience. The staff is warm and helpful. The waiters thoroughly knowledgeable about the menu and offer good recommendations. The lighting and design of the restaurant is inviting. The bar area is lively, and the drinks are generously poured. The food is wonderful. If you go and they have the ribeye cap on the menu, don't miss it. If you go with a group get the bone-in ribeye and the ribeye cap. They are great to have side-by-side. The Crème Brûlée corn is decadent, and don't miss the chicken-fried lobster tails.

The service was outstanding—everyone was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel celebrated. The décor is vibrant and elegant, and the atmosphere feels both upscale and inviting. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, and the complimentary sorbet with “Happy 25th Anniversary” written on the plate was the perfect finishing touch.
