Excellent experience!! Food quality and quantity was top notch. This place BLOWS Mastro's and every other LA steakhouse out of the water not only on food but service as well. Service was great, food was tremendous and the drinks were amazing. Will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time! I wish I got the name of our server because he was great! All the food we ordered- from appetizers to dessert- were all delicious! The entire staff were friendly and the restaurant has this fancy but not snobby ambience. We will def come back again!

From the second you exit the car at the valet, the gentleman at the door, the hostesses, Henry, Chris and everyone else, YOU are pampered. The food and service are exceptional. A true steakhouse and high quality dining experience. Bonus points for the lovely birthday card and desert. Definitely a new favorite for us.

Great restaurant. Just not a great table. It was a birthday and we got placed at the far corner in the back of the restaurant. It was a tight table for a party of 7. Given how big and lively the rest of the restaurant is, we felt like we were isolated in a bad way.

I was hoping the steak was amazing.... I was comparing to Ruth Chris, Cut and other LA Steakhouses.......Steak wasn't great unfortunately...I ordered the Petite Filet. Needed more seasoning. Server did a good job explaining and being 100% professional! Loved that. I may try Steak 48 again but overall I was disappointed with the steak.

I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant, highlighted by exceptional dinner, dessert, service, and ambiance. Dining in one of the clear booths added a unique charm to the evening. We particularly enjoyed the dessert—a tree adorned with beignets—which was a huge hit at our table. Highly recommend for a memorable outing!

The experience is always top notch. But I had the Turkey dinner and the turkey wasn't up to par, it tasted like it was from a turkey roll and not from a fresh bird. A tablespoon or so of gravy... and I was charged for asking for more...

Our family dined at Steak 48 in Beverly Hills for Thanksgiving to celebrate a birthday. I'm a regular customer at the Del Mar (San Diego) location, but since my family lives in LA, we chose Beverly Hills. The food was prepared as expected—mouth-watering aged rib-eye steaks, Gold Plus Wagyu NY Strip from Snake River Farms, and exquisitely prepared Chilean Sea Bass, along with several appetizers and side dishes. Everything was delicious. The service, however, was abysmal. Our server appeared at our table a total of six times: to bring menus, take our order, clear our dishes, ask about dessert, deliver the check, and pick it up. Not once did he check on us to see if we needed anything or if our meals were prepared to our liking. At one point, I wanted to order another side dish and waited over 30 minutes—but he never came. The gentleman refilling our water visited our table more frequently than our actual server. I eventually had to flag down another staff member just to locate him. A restaurant of this caliber should ensure its servers are attentive and check in during the meal. The service at this location was the worst I've experienced. It stands in complete contrast to Steak 48 in Del Mar, where the staff is professional, knowledgeable, and highly attentive—truly working as a team. I assumed all Steak 48 locations operated at that level. Clearly, they do not. To make matters worse, management at the Beverly Hills location was aware of my dissatisfaction yet never followed up. Not surprising.
