This guy Guillermo must own the place or have some compromising pictures on the owner because he's the rudest person I've ever encountered in the service business. Twice I've been in this subway and twice I've walked out before ordering he seems to feel completely comfortable talking to customers anyway he likes. I own a service business and his behavior blows my mind.

Guillermo was extremely rude! I was on the phone with my boyfriend trying to order food. Guillermo started rushing my boyfriend while he was talking to me asking me what I want on my order. He kept rushing him over and over, then Guillermo cursed him out just because I faced time my boyfriend while I was trying to figure out the names of certain sauces. I noticed Guillermo walked away instead of helping me with the names of the sauces! I even asked him and Guillermo ignored me! Then he called my boyfriend a PUTO, so my bf was done with the disrespect and walked off without buying the food! The guy was extremely rude to the both of us. The guy had an attitude as soon as he walked into subway! Nope! I didnt done in! My boyfriend was so uncomfortable with the experience he said we can go get sandwiches from another place not subway! My boyfriend asked what chicken do you have the guy said just that one and that one and didn’t say any chicken names! And GUILLERMO TOLD MY BOYFRIEND THEY DONT ACCEPT SUBWAY COUPONS!!!!!!

Guillermo provided and exceptional service! He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in perfect order, and my sandwich was done in record time despite a bustling morning rush for him. I was thoroughly impressed and will absolutely return for another delightful dining experience!

Poor Customer Service from owner. They do not take Subway issued coupons and their sign stating "no coupons" is hidden in the back. There are many people working in the area, on a budget, and a coupon makes a difference.

The employees here are very rude. Don't treat you with kindness or respect. I've been going to this subway for the past nine years and I've never been treated like I should nothing, they never ask how your day is going. No eye contact, overall just a very terrible subway how it's ran and operated. hours are terrible as well. Would not recommend this subway to anybody. The only reason I go here is because I live close by.

They're so rude at this store. And they very much pick and choose who they say good morning to and who they greet. They can literally make your sandwich, give you no eye contact and never say a word to you. But let another (White) customer come in and they get a whole new treatment. I've peeped this multiple times. I've called it out and they don't say a thing.
