It’s rare to find a person who loves their craft and is skilled enough to be creative while adhering to the strictest standard of excellence. If you allow this Chef to do his thing he will show you sushi like you will not find anywhere else in LA. This was the best sushi I have ever had, not just the quality of the Fish but every element of each plate from sauce to garnish is made in house (including the soy sauce).
