The restaurant has gained recognition for having the best sushi in LA, with highlights including crab/truffle, uni, caviar, and sea bass. Though it is extremely expensive, it is seen as a worthy choice for special celebratory moments. Unfortunately, Chef Yamamoto will be leaving in October 2025, returning to Japan and then Switzerland as a private chef, making it a great time for diners to experience his exceptional cooking and warm hospitality.
