Food was NOT good. Paella was inedible. Octopus was YUCK! We spoke to the manager who took some $ off the bill and gave us free dessert. But I'll never go back. Sadly. First time I went it was delicious.
Bland Spanish tortilla, missing salt and onions must be caramelized for more sweetness. The beef carpaccio and octopus were ok. The croquetas de setas were the best of the night. The paellas were below average. The rice was over cooked and mushy, with little flavor, and there was no socarrat. The bone marrow steak tartare is INSANE. The grilled octopus is also a fantastic choice. The staff, Omar and Fischer are the my favorite hosts in Beverly Hills. Chat them up and have the best night.
