The Cheesecake Factory

We do like the food at the Cheesecake Factory and tend to visit whenever we are near one. This branch is smaller than all the other ones we have been to, but the food has always been good, so when we were back in Beverly Hills, we decided to go here for dinner one evening. As it was a warm evening we sat in the patio/sidewalk area. They were having some problems with the heater in our location and after a couple of failed attempts to get it working, they moved us to another table nearby. I'm glad they did, because I was not dressed for the dropping temperatures. We ordered our food and drinks and they didn't take too long to turn up. We normally go for the same thing every single time, but went off piste for once. The food was absolutely lovely. Once we had finished and received our bill we just could not get served. Our waiter was chatting for over 10 minutes to the people on another table. As I'm not one for calling the waiter from a distance, we waited and waited. We did eventually get someone's attention, paid and left shortly afterwards. I'm guessing it was a blip, but I have to question their training.

The cheesecake was not worth the asking price, it tasted synthetic and full of sugar. I have eaten cheaper in my home country and much better.

Literally the atmosphere was the only vibe, thanks for the outdoor seating. I absolutely disliked the presentation, sauces were sitting in water and appetizers were poorly put together. It almost reminds me of refined frozen food. Cheesecake was the only thing I truly enjoyed. Waiters have attitude but even though were in Beverly Hills, this is literally just a cheesecake factory. Oh, did I mention they forgot our complimentary bread? I would not come back to this location.

They mistaken another guest’s debit card back to me, and get mine to other guest. This is unacceptable and should be more careful on it!

I received this lovely herb crusted salmon burnt to hell and missing the sauce when I asked for extra sauce on my door dash order.
