Went to the CF with my daughter. Decided to pick her up from her pm class at UCLA and head over to Beverly Hills. Check in was quite excellent. Didn't need to wait. Restaurant is a bit small compared to others as I have been to many. Food quality was excellent and got a nice slice of our favorite white chocolate raspberry truffle. Mmmmmmmm. Table service was less than okay. Server seemed disinterested and more interested in other guests. She did appear to have too many tables assigned to her. Ambiance looked a bit old. I would not return to this location.

The food was SO good and our waiter was very nice and we had a good chat with him. The ambience was great, too, as you could just watch the cars go by Rodeo Drive when sitting outside. Of course the cheesecake was 10/10!!

Salmon was yummy; however, broccoli was so hard that I could not cut it with my table knife. I was also disappointed in the waiter’s service. The waiter continuously took too long to come back to the table. It felt like he was serving in a zig zag way; no system to make sure our table didn’t go too long without revisiting us. It felt like he forgot us. We waited a long time after we finished our food for the waiter to come back to the table to ask us if we wanted dessert. I had guests from out of town with me. I was embarrassed. I’ve never felt that way at any of the other Cheesecake restaurants. I just assumed Beverly Hills would deliver the same or better. Our waiter seemed to be moving fast but he was likely forgetting that he was not coming back to our table enough. It was either his system of keeping track of how frequently he was going back to tables or a lack of staff. I’m not sure. I would definitely return but I hope to get more attention the next time.

Been to a lot of different cheesecake factories as it is one of our solid go to restaurants. We have our favorites on the menu, love the starter bread and can't beat the dessert. Tried the Beverly hills location for the first time and unfortunately was very let down.To start the parking is a hassle, but to be fair knew that going in as there is usually issues parking anywhere in Beverly hills. If your lucky to find paid street parking take the first spot you find. You most likely will be parked a couple block away. But it is a nice area to walk around. If you can't find street parking there are 2 parking garages close by. About 2 to 3 blocks away. These can fill up and are a little misleading. Large signs that say free 2 hour parking but only durning certain times. The restaurant itself is a little smaller than most cheesecake factories but they do have a nice outside area with good views of the Beverly hills shops. Inside is nicely decorated but tables are too close together. You will find yourself hearing everyone's else's convs and sharing your stories with all the other strangers eatting next to you. We had our table bumped multi times from the table next to us trying to get in and out of their seats. The food was the biggest let down. The starter bread tasted old and extremely bland. Which was very depressing as it's one of their stables.Prices were up but who's aren't now. But the same menu we got in another location 4 months ago for 24.00 was now 30.00. We got the jambalaya which was also much smaller than we had before. Their was very little sauce, though the sauce was the best part. Both the shrimp and chicken we both over cooked and rubbery. All and all the dish lacked both flavor and size.Don't get drinks too often but now as days you kind of need one. Tried the lemon drop martini, and that was pretty good. Made very well and we will ordered again for sure.Finished off the meal with a classic cheesecake which was as good as usual.Servers were friendly but didn't stop by to refill drinks, water or bread.Still a cheesecake factory fan. But there are other locations close by that were better and easier to park.Parking: Most parking is street paid street parking which can be very difficult to find. There are a few paid parking garages close by about 2 blocks away. These parking garages have large signs that say 2 hour free parking. But be aware that 2 hours free is only for parking before 5pm. After it's normal parking prices.Kid-friendliness: They have the free starter bread which seams to be a kid favorite. Larges kids menu which seams fairly good priced. Can get a good choice of different meals and a drink for around 10 dollars. They have a free birthday Sunday with candle and of course kid favorite cheese cakes and chocolate cake. I would rate one of the best places to bring kids in town to have them enjoy while the adults can have a good enjoyable time.

Your typical cheesecake factory in a blingy neighborhood. Great as always service; we arrived 10 minutes before closing and they happily sat us and didn't rush us through our order or the meal.Avocado eggrolls were ok and we've had better. Bread was warm and delicious, and the chicken Louisiana was on the average side, overfried chicken and a bit dry pasta, but overall a good meal. Dirty martini was great, this place makes great drinks. We'll be back when we're looking for familiar food in a welcoming place.

What a wonderful experience at the Cheesecake Factory today. The host Ally was darling and accommodating. My server Tyrin was also wonderful, always checking in.

Worst Cheesecake Factory in the country! On one of the most iconic streets in America on Rodeo Drive. What an absolute joke. The bartender is absolutely miserable. Hates her job and makes your experience at restaurant miserable. The food is awful. The place is so dark and depressing to eat in. It all starts with the manager who literally has no back bone. Go anywhere else. Hundreds of restaurants in Beverly Hills.
