We were here only for dinner at Dante. Loved the pizza!

I had a wedding at the Maybourne back in October 18, 2025. And I have to say that it was an absolutely amazing venue overall. It is absolutely beautiful from the terrace to the indoor ballroom. I would highly recommend getting drapes as it makes a huge difference in achieving a “lavish” feel for the ballroom.

We had multiple hotel rooms that weekend, as well as a rehearsal dinner at the Terrace restaurant, which was also a great place to have dinner the Friday before, overlooking the garden.

This place is also teeming with celebrities, at our wedding night Amanda Seyfried, Dwyane Wade, and Olivia Wilde were walking around and I got a photo with Amanda Seyfried. It was awesome.

Most importantly, though, our event coordinator, Alex Palmer was absolutely the best. She gave us a great initial tour which sold us on the venue, she answered our millions of questions before we accepted, she helped us out with a ton of coordination, and on the day-of she was with us every step of the way. Helping us with all the big things, but even all the small things like helping fix my wife's vale during photoshoots and coming up with great poses. She genuinely cares about her clients, and we can feel that working with her. I cannot speak highly enough about Alex. She is absolutely a great asset to the Maybourne team. She is one of the main reasons we felt comfortable changing our wedding venue to the Maybourne with only 1.5 months to go :). She made the process seamless and easy as can be.

I do have constructive feedback on for the venue, however. For our wedding, we were not allowed to use an indoor cold sparkler machine and a fog machine. Both of these devices are 100% safe for indoor use. One can put their hand directly over the sparkler machine with no harm, and the fog machine releases water vapor, similar to a humidifier. I feel like management could have done a bit more deeper research and allowed these devices for our wedding. There are truly no reason to prevent the use of these devices that are designed to operate indoors. That's all.

Aside from that, like I said, the venue was great, Alex was amazing, and I look forward to using our one year complimentary anniversary room credit in a year's time :). Thank you so much Alex!

Marshawn was so amazing and wonderful as our server at the afternoon tea. We loved it! He was so excellent and anticipated our needs. We will be back .

The spa atmosphere felt less relaxing than expected due to loud phone use from other guests, moldy tiles in the magnesium pool, empty eucalyptus bottles in the steam room, and relaxation areas that weren’t properly dimmed. I’m sharing this as someone who came on a trusted referral and knows the spa’s strong reputation...I hope to experience it at its best on a future visit.

I did not stay here, I went to the Dante, on the rooftop for dinner. The vibe was cool, the view was great, and the food was pretty good as well. Its in Beverly hills but I wouldnt say its a great location. Its kind of hiding in the crowd of other buildings. But it is a nice hotel by the looks of it.

Part of the Claridge’s/Connaught group in London which are always faultless. The Maybourne in BH builds on the same foundation. Had a fantastic experience.

Lovely place great staff

Currently a guest here and it has been the most pleasant experience! Will definitely be booking here again when I return to LA.

I was excited to stay here again, unfortunately the hotel lost its charm. Staff isn’t very friendly, constantly confused. No explanation of anything when checking in, service by the pool is almost non existent, dirty balcony and walls, room wasn’t cleaned during the day. At their price points everything should be flawless, very sad

What's a pleasure stay in this Hotel every single employee are so helpful and professional. I feel special from this Vázquez, Boys, Housekeeping, Belman, Every, Single, Person In, The Facility, Yes, Great The, sauna Steam Room Pool, so comfortable I Enjoy Hundred percent, my Stay, I Will Come Back, so grateful and blessed to be here.

The most European place in Beverly Hills. Great food and service :)
