We sat for about 25 minutes without even being offered water, though we did get bread. I had to complain to the manager after leaving who asked me to come back. we did, and it was much better service after that, but I was really surprised initially at the lack of attention we got after that the meal was delicious. The food was delicious so that made up for it.

We had a very enjoyable meal, particularly because of our very likable server. The steaks were good, too. But the Caesar salads were made with water-logged, mushy chopped lettuce that had obviously been sitting in water. It was inedible. Also, the cavernous restaurant was almost empty.

Been a member of their frequent diner's club for about two decades and it used to be pretty good and the food and service were always excellent. It seems since they have been taken over by a corporation, they are cutting corners and putting shareholders first and diners second. We ordered two Tomahawk steaks for the four of us and they were thinly cut and was a disappointment for the big price. The asparagus and hashbrowns were smaller portions too. They apparently have put their food on an inflation diet and charge about the same, but take a big bite out of the portions and quality was just so-so. I have not been to The Palm for about six months and the first time I've dined at this location, but if this is the norm now, I know why the restaurant was so empty at 7pm on a Saturday night.

Came here for Sat. date night and we loved everything from start to finish. We arrived about 10 min early and got seated right away. Our host was friendly and energetic. Our server Billy was awesome and helpful. He recommended the Tuscan chargrilled octopus for apps and it was beautiful and delish. The bread basket has a variety of rolls which I liked and it was very good. I wanted the lobster ravioli but they were out, so ordered Wagyu lasagna and my bf got the Veal Chop Margherita and sautéed asparagus. We were really full so we didn't order dessert. I can't understand some of the bad reviews because we had a fabulous night. We would come back and get other items on the menu.

Tonight was an off night, no people . Very little service , freezing, served the food after a long wait and forgot a hot side dish which we then had to wait for. Like I said an off night, usually excellent on all points . But still friendly snd after all that food was delicious .

Everyone in my family loves the Palm Restaurant in Beverly Hills! The food is consistently great. The waitstaff is experienced and Javier, the manager, is amazing! Last night we ordered the lobster and steak dinner special. It was outstanding!!! This restaurant is always a five star experience. GW

The food and service was incredible. I love everything. Our waitress, Heather, was wonderful. Very friendly, and answered all of our questions. Looking forward to another wonderful meal soon. Please tell the CHEF, he is the best.

The lobster dinner was fantastic. The service was the best. Our waiter Preston was so attentive and so helpful along with Courtney with the hot towels and lemon and Jeffrey greeting us at the door. Made such a wonderful evening. Looking so forward to going back.

A $210 block of charcoal filet !! We had a big group of 20 - only 4 or so other people in the entire restaurant- shoulda been our signal. Was NOT impressed at all.

Service was horrendous and not what I expected from The Palm. I'm a regular Palm diner in Boston and Washington DC so I know what to expect. The server may have been “off”, but we didn't feel welcome or valued.

Absolute old school perfection! Their NY steak practically melts in your mouth. The staff couldn't have been nicer.

Great food, service and atmosphere. A must visit when you're in Beverly Hills.

The Palm has had it's day. The food is below average and well below the standard that it used to be. For this price range there are so many better and fresher quality options.
