We are regular customers at this restaurant and guests since Montage ,but truly disappointed with non optional service of 20% charge at the bend. Even thought we got in Golden hr , the gratuity were charge from reg price. Plus , frankly , in Ca and a specially if not mentioned gratuity are optional , not as this restaurant ads 20% ( which is really hight, since prices are hight) . Food was different than usual, more Ca style. We would like our gratuity back and feel what’s fair .

We keep coming back. Beautiful outdoor terrace, live music, and really tasty food. Best part: it’s genuinely dog-friendly. Our dog got a special off-menu dish made just for him today! Great coffee and juices too. Peter the new manager was very friendly and accommodating. Our server Patricia was very friendly and excellent as well. Thank you!

We came here for brunch, ordered 3 things: pancakes, avocado toast and an açaí bowl. Pancakes were delicious and can be in LA top list. The rest was below average. The açaí bowel was sent back since the açaí was frozen - solid like a rock. The avocado toast was ok, eggs were done - the waiter didn’t even ask how do we want the eggs cooked?. Service was nonexistent , they brought the food and then disappeared like a phantom. I would avoid this place at least for breakfast and brunch

The food is soso. Worst experience in LA. No free parking!! After card payment, the restaurant did not check the valet parking parking card, so they did not apply for free parking, and they said that the card office was not allowed, so they paid $29.5 for parking after meals.

After an annoying flight from New York and arriving late last night, I couldn’t have been happier to have brunch this morning at this fantastic place. I had the huevos rancheros and it was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable. The coffee was delicious. The food was fantastic. I love the fact the staff don’t all look like actors waiting to be discovered. They’re wonderful.
All in all, it reaffirms an opinion that I should never say out loud but believe to be true: the restaurants in LA are generally much better than Manhattan.

Food: 10/10 – perfect portions, beautifully presented, and everything tasted amazing. The tiramisu was especially delicious. Service: 10/10 – everyone was very friendly and attentive while still giving us the right amount of space to enjoy lunch. Roberta, the manager, is a breath of fresh air – professional, warm, and welcoming with a great smile. Atmosphere: My favorite part! The violin music set the perfect tone – not too loud, just right. Sitting outside truly felt like being transported to Italy or France. 😍

From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was exceptional - beautifully prepared and presented—and the service was nothing short of outstanding. Their generosity, attentiveness and warmth created an atmosphere that felt both celebratory and effortless. My most heartfelt gratitude especially to Indra, Kevin, Grecia, Axel and JR for going above and beyond to take care of us - the most special lunch we have both enjoyed in a very long time. We will be back again and cannot recommend enough to celebrate a magical occasion!
Good food, bad service, and brown grass ambiance. This was not the experience I was looking for at a nice cafe and hotel. The food was presented well and the food was good, but the dishes are not paired well with sides or fruit. The dishes stop where they would have started to become amazing. Got the prawns, but it came with no grits or a side. The French toast had no berries or compote to accompany it. Instead they give a small jar of jam. Service was expectant and short. They gave us 2 menus and took away the third setting when we were a party of 3. We had to ask for the setting to be replaced and still got no menu. Will not be coming back especially with so many other options in LA.

I’m giving this place 4 stars because, while the food and drinks were amazing, I did feel it was a bit overpriced. Maybe it’s just the area—hard to say.
That said, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. I’d definitely recommend it if price isn’t a big concern for you.
